Props to you for talking about this! I'm glad to know Patreon is making a difference. If I can say anything encouraging it's that I recently showed your videos to my grandmother (who lives in the Philly area) and she's REALLY enjoyed it.

RJ Sheperd

Keep doing what you're doing, Alan. I really enjoy your thorough research, and all of the excellent quips you make along the way.

Max

I had an impression that your channel gained a lot of subs on urbanist videos and now people expect to see more of those.

Henry Mulvey

Sorry to hear all of this Alan! Please do hang in there, what you do matters!

John M. Shukites

I have been a silent viewer for a while. I appreciate the work that you do. After watching this on YouTube, I decided to become a Patreon supporter. Thank you for working to make a difference and keep on keeping on!

A more expensive tier? Possibly, I'm not sure what I'd offer extra for it

Even though I'm a new Patron, I still appreciate your efforts and especially on setting the record straight on Cal HSR as I live in So Cal. Thanks for the explanation on the YouTube algo as it's left me puzzled quite often recently. Just be yourself. I'll still be watching.

Boston and Maine's Hottest Widow

"Sleeper coach tier" With all the same content as high speed rail, with no added benefits other than I sleep well at night knowing my favorite youtuber is getting 50/month.
