To start off I want to introduce you all to Glenda, she's my new cat/roommate. Named after the street that she was found on (Glendale Ave), so its been fun getting used to her over this last month.

Secondly, I'm happy to announce that the Nationalization video is off to a good start. Along with your generous support this large project is also being supported by Railroad Workers United (Here's their site https://www.railroadworkersunited.org/ )Between your help and them I'm going to be able to work with alot of different artists to produce music, digital art and related physical items that will be included in the video and in the campaign. This video is going to be 40mins to an hour long and its going to be one of the most in-depth pieces of material that I'm ever going to make. But also it wouldn't be one of my videos without there being some fanfare and showmanship.

You will be seeing some preliminary pieces of art and concepts by the middle of April because we have to have some things ready by RWU's national meeting in Chicago. Either way I'm excited to tell you that this project is advancing.

Thirdly, all of the pieces for in person events are coming together. There are multiple things that I'm trying to get done this year including: An Urbanist Creators event, Private railcar/charter train, and charter transit events in Chicago and/or Philly, and getting out to the Strong Towns National Event in Cincinnati.

Finally, I'm letting you know early that I am in contact with the California Forever group (the ones that want to build a new city/town in the bay area), and I'm planning on getting interviews and covering their project in depth. This project has alot of mystery behind it and I hope to clear up some of the information.

Either way, this is a big year and I'm hoping that I get to see many of you in person at events across the country.
