This bandolier can be worn in this fashion, across one shoulder to the hip, or like a belt around the waist.  While the picture can't show this, the loops are auto-cinching for a perfect grip no matter the jostling they undergo during combat maneuvers.  The only way one of these babies is coming off the belt is if Gothic intends for it to.
