Excellent read as always fellow joe, one bit of feedback, paragraph five on page one, this bit read a little strange, "...I marveled at once again being in the cockpit of my ship once again." Other than that bit, i didnt notice anything else to bring up, also nice seeing some of Gothic's less lethal but still no less effective equipment come out to play and I'm interested to see the ramifications of arming Data and Geordi with such a versatile tool. As always i eagerly await the next installment.

Another excellent chapter. I was a bit worried because I remember not liking this arc in the original but I liked this version. The fight in the woods got me thinking. Will Gothic introduce a grenade launcher? I've got image of Gothic firing one indirectly into a group of bad guys. :-) I'm looking forward to seeing Gothic back on Bajor.

Sounds good. I still remember that episode "The Siege of AR-558". A present day military unit would of been better prepared than they were. They wouldn't of had any energy weapons but they would of had infantry support weapons like claymores, machine guns, and mortars.

Just read the last two chapters. I know this is adopted from gothicjedi but i thought you where going to do stuff differently. It seems really similar to my memory. Might be different. Just seems similar and I’ve not read to many Star Trek story’s. although it has been some time so probably way different. Curious on how much more there is to catch up till we get to original stuff?
