Chapter 24 - Land Grant for Good Service (Patreon)

Hey friends.  If you'll recall, Gothic was promised land on Bajor in exchange for his service during the Occupation and in payment for the replicators and weapons he helped finance.  Originally the land he was given was 25 square miles, or 16,000 acres (I'll let my European readers do the conversion to hectares).

What do you think of that number?  Should it be higher?  Should it be lower?  Vote below!

At first i was going to say 75 but thought that might be a bit much for just Gothic and his lovers, though curious as 50 square miles is still a alot of land to work with and that not even thinking about any underground construction. Though I do wonder if it will be just one single massive property or one big one and a secondary smaller site.

One big one. Gothic is a product of his time, so his thinking is, what would an ultra rich person (from my time) do if they could choose any bit of land on the planet, and had the ability to live anywhere without needing to worry about proximity, or roads, or utilities, or food, etc.
