Chapter 34 - Teaser! (Patreon)

Happy New Year, my friends!  Hope this next year brings you even more happiness and joy than the last.  :-)

Some very fun new scenes this next chapter to celebrate the new year.  It it mostly ready right now, but a still active Fleet Admiral poll is ongoing till tomorrow at noon EST on whether Gothic's title should change from General to Admiral after a reorganization of the Bajoran Militia to the Bajoran Defense Force.  Admiral, surprisingly, is winning, so I might need to rewrite the end of the chapter and all future chapters to reflect the title change.

“Were you aware the Collectors attacked the station?” I asked.

“Yes,” Lwaxana answered, seemingly unbothered at getting a live sex show while we had a serious conversation. “As I understand it the station performed well and there were minimal causalities.”

“Yes, we got lucky. Many other far better defended worlds did not,” I said, continuing to divide my attention between the woman I was fucking and the pleasure that brought me and my purpose for this conversation. “The Collectors divided their nearby forces and the station eventually received the support of the Enterprise and a few other ships. That tipped the balance. During this conflict-”

“Gothic, normally I can tell what someone wants to say long before they themselves have even fully organized their thoughts. I can’t read your thoughts, though, so can I ask that you just get to the point with little regard for my diplomatic rank or any formalities. I promise I won’t be offended,” she interrupted.

Blunt and direct, I could get behind that.

“Did you know that Betazed’s planetary defense net is over a hundred years old?” I asked out of the blue.
