Onscreen was yet another familiar sight, that of 3 Klingon warships, a huge Vor’cha-class cruiser, the flagship design of the Klingon fleet, and 2 smaller Birds of Prey. The two classes present were both modern, but early iterations of the class and had clearly seen some hard light years and battles over their years of service. The Klingons historically used this kind of wolf pack grouping for long-range missions of resource acquisition (aka stealing, looting, pirating, etc.) or the conquest of worlds with light to light-medium defenses.

Vor'cha class

The Vor'cha-class attack cruiser was one of the largest and most powerful mainstays of the Klingon Defense Forces during the mid- to late-24th century. The Vor'cha-class attack cruiser first appeared around 2367, when it was essentially limited to the disposal of the Klingon Chancellor and various other ranking officials, such as the governors of Klingon colonies.

I wonder what Gothic will do with the captured Klingon ships. Strip them for parts I'm assuming. Gothic still has those Cardassian freighters he captured around.

While that would be valuable in its own right, keeping them intact and fixing them up is more valuable. The Klingons can go and get away with a lot of things. It'd be pretty useful to have Klingon ships on hand that have no connection to him whatsoever to do what he needs done.
