Chapter 46 - The 2009 Hummer H2 Luxury (Patreon)

Again, in my tradition of finding real stuff for sale to model in my story, I found this 2009 Hummer H2 Luxury.  The many pictures inside and out were useful in writing the scene.

On full alert, I carefully and quietly walked through the kitchen and towards the front of the house by the front door, weapons in hand. To the left was a washroom and a doorway presumably leading to the garage. I slowly opened the door and turned on the light. Three vehicles were present inside the garage, including a Porche, a Mercedes 7 series, and a full-sized silver metallic Hummer H2 Luxury with a heavy-duty grill guard on the front. While the Hummer was likely going to be terrible on gas, it was a vehicle designed for durability and off-roading. It was also a flex fuel vehicle, which meant that it could also run on a gasoline and ethanol blend which may be more available in the various gas stations around as not many cars could use it. That grill guard would also be ideal to knock some walkers out of the way.
