There are details we are still missing. For example was it Ji So who made the wish? Or someone else? The spirit was drunk last we saw so she could have been confused. Maybe she is now talking to the real wish maker.

I get the feeling this isn't a time loop, but possibly after the wish was made that caused them to be in that lesbian relationship the other guy is now going to make a wish to be in a relationship with now female character. But that's just a theory, a game theory
