Kit’s Demise — Development Update: New Enemy, Maiko

Introducing Maiko, a common long-range attacker who will appear throughout the first stage! Her ranged attacks add another threat for players to watch out for while fighting through the school.

A clarification about the preview clip: Although the footage shows Maiko instantly transforming Kit, her attacks in the actual game only increase the player’s TF gauge. Transformations occur when that gauge reaches the relevant thresholds.

Keep an eye on your TF gauge, avoid her attacks, and close the distance!
