It took a little more time to correct the mistake with the sleeves. When I just started about 3 years ago, and remade the very first events with Abigail, I really wanted the main character to be undressed in the scenes, since the dressed character (as in some other mods) did not suit me at all. However, removing the standard T-shirt and shorts (which the main character is wearing in the vanilla game when you take off clothes in the menu) from the clothing texture file did not lead to the desired solution to the problem, since the character’s upper arms (sleeves) simply disappeared. as it turned out later, the sleeves were drawn in the texture file not of the clothes, but of the character himself, with a burgundy color, and in the game itself the color changed based on the color of the clothes he was wearing (it was hardcoded and it’s better not to mess with such things so as not to cause unexpected errors). But since there is nothing in place of the texture of the T-shirt, the color was chosen transparent and the hands disappeared. To get around this problem, I replaced the Burgundy color of the sleeves with the character’s skin color and the arms appeared, but the sleeves disappeared because there was nothing to replace with the color of the clothes on (there is no longer a Burgundy sleeve marker).

Over the past couple of weeks, I carefully studied the source code and understood in more detail how this sleeve replacement works and was able to find the optimal way to save the sleeves and arms without changing the source code. Now I will continue working on the November and December updates. Good luck to everyone and see you soon.

P.S. update with corrections in post below.
