You talk about the show going downhill , if you look at a lot of the comments, people don’t like a lot of the guests you guys have on. People don’t know them. In my opinion, if you do more games and lighthearted funny talking points about weird news stories people will come around again.

Also the energy has seemed lower ever since the home studio became a thing. No Bindy, no Shark etc. those are fun things people miss. Helps break up just a long conversation

I like the gist of Tullys idea. If there’s a way to chop up bits from 3 or so Patreon Shows and move it to the free Pod as “The Best of the Jason Ellis Show” or just “The Jason Ellis Show”. The show or sections would need a bit of setup or explaining maybe but could kill. So many great moments from the Patreon. May push people over to see “what else are they doing behind the wall.

When you boys are riffing and goofing around it is some of your best shows, I find myself laughing out loud and get weird looks from some of the rest of the guys in mg shop.

Ricky Spanish

It's definitely the realest show there is, but we need to be able to laugh too to balance the stuff out. The back and forth with Miles is always fun, and you guys come up with some good games. I also like most of the guests, but some definitely contribute more than others. Comedians are usually the better guests.

MangoBae

Where everybody knows your nameeee, and they’re always glad you cameeee 🎶

Mogwaa

For what it’s worth, I love your show. I’ve been listening since the days with “Bitch Chocolate!”

DON HUFF

Haven't missed a single Jason Ellis show for about 15yrs. You guys have your ups and downs but I LOVE IT. Jason I know you have evolved but it would be so fun to have a once a month throwback show with some of the old skits.

Alex Bradshaw

This show might go up if Jason would promote it on other shows. He only ever brings up hawk vs wolf on other pods. Also if he isn’t barred from the Sirius building to go on the bonfire and shade 45 and promote that the show is still alive and the replays are on Patreon

Mark

The show should be light and fun like it used to be. When it turns to bitching about political views it drags the show down fast. Nobody wants to hear that bullshit.

Daniel Tse

First show I ever caught was Jason Newstead, been hooked ever since. No plans on stopping, ever.... When the second replay channel existed on Sirius, that was always on.

BomberJoe

I’ve been a fan since 2009. Followed you to Patreon after Sirius. You and Tully both have individual shows that are good but you two together are the magic sauce. When you two are riffing it is the best. Leave the politics alone. That shit sucks. When Brianna chimes in it is refreshing. Miles is good in small doses. Some of your guest are super annoying. Justin Martindale and Sovereign Syre make me want to turn off the show but I download them anyway just to support you guys. Keep your head up!

Jeff Waller

I’ve been listening to the Jason Ellis show for about a decade now. I will always be a listener and I would be truly devastated if you guys ever decided to throw in the towel… a decade is a long time and none of us as individuals are the same person that we were 10 years ago, so of course this show is not the same show that it was 10 years ago either… there have been ups and downs, setbacks and life changes as well as immense personal growth. Do it because you love it. Think of it like skateboarding, Jason. I stunt ride motorcycles and when I’m doing it for the love of it, I have fun and it shows in my riding. It just flows. But when I’m doing it for likes or for clout or Instagram traction,,, the love ain’t in it and it shows.

Heather D

I love you guys, but I wish you wouldn’t bash your own show. You’re complaining to the people who showed up. We love you, and when you say “no one” listens, it’s kind of disrespectful to those who pay for your show and listen every week.

Jeff Waller

The gayest car segment the other day was gold, worlds greatest Wednesday is still gold, movie reviews are gold… you guys are still killin it !

Adam Sherwood

Well said. Decade listener too, frankly kind of grew up into adulthood while listening to these guys. Still love the show and if it does ever end I'll probably just start over again maybe 5 years back from the archives. Which I don't currently have but I really should

Adam Sherwood

There's a lot of history there, I can't see them ever willingly do a show in the Sirius building again

Anti-Toxin

They barely touch on it besides big event stuff anymore, which honestly, how do you avoid it. Not to paint with broad strokes, but I would imagine there would be less political commentary complainers if he was speaking more to their "values" For example, if I have NBC or CBS on at our practice, I hear all the talking points being muttered by our hearing imparied clients, disagreeing with this or that. If say, Fox is on, our patients will have conversations with the TV or with each other or try and engage me as well. I listen because I enjoy hearing the guys talk. It doesn't matter the subject. Even when I disagree with a viewpoint, I find it engaging and it makes me think of how I would handle the situation. I've listened since I heard "Bane" talk about "Sleeping in the wet spot" Ala 2008 or '09. I doubt anyone remembers it. One of the times Batman (Jason) and Bane (Tully) were riffing. Also, I know it's a sore subject, but I think things changed after they let Kevin go. It was the 3rd piece that's been missing imo. Miles and Bre are awesome, and Kevin was too. 😀

Matt K

He's been in the Bonfire. Think Jim and Sam as well.

Shane Heinle

I’ve been listening since TFB and cowfucker. You boys are the best. I love the Patreon show. Miles and Bribri are great. I don’t listen to the Spotify podcast because you guys censor yourselves and that’s not you. 🖤🖤🖤

Bennie

Tully’s idea is great. The free pod should just be the Patreons best of the week. Also, as supporters, we should be clipping the best of moments of the show and flooding TikTok and Instagram with clips. We got to get with the times.

Vincent Ballantoni

I'm 30 and have been listening to you for more than half my life. I have great memories listening to you evolve over the year. Keep the positivity brother!

The VR Grid

I've only just listened to this ep today... Im behind...that said I way rather enjoy patreon than the free pod. The free pod does, at times, feel forced with guests who are trying to be "on" and not necessarily authentic... Not all the time of course, but enough where it fucks with your guys' banter. I've been listening since little coffee foot and the illusionist and I STILL listen because of Ellis abs and Tully. Ive listened through the highs and lows, the good times and the bad because you 2 are entertaining. Your banter is where you shine and when you have authentic guests who are willing to talk... Like who was on this ep for the 1st half, it's entertaining AF. Tullys more enigmatic, but listening to both your journys has been eye opening and inspirational. Whether it's just parenting shit, divorce stuff, marriage stories, gay shit, trans shit, comedy shit, drug stories or anything else you lads talk about, I'm in because both of you have excellent and entertaining view on nearly everything and on the off chance it gets dull for a moment, no worries because I know you'll get back on track right quick. Love you guys and thanks keeping me company for the last like 15 or 20 years... Howeverong it's been.
