Bio and idea:

Mod the goose or Mod the Mongoose is an idea and parody of the super villain “Mad mod”. Being a British mod themed vigilante Mongoose with the powers of technology of psychedelic illusion and manipulation. All within his studio to make a “school” for criminals to do better. Who Mod was originally a moped/Scooter salesman. Who after seeing some villainous baddies that mess up his business and property. Thus, he decided to capture them to "teach” them a lesson on being good. As he hates misbehaving “brats” that “disrupts lives”, “damaging private property”, and overall being “a nuisance to citizens”. Being the perfect students for “Mod the Gooses Institute for naughty badders”. And they won’t get out until they learn some proper respect for their actions. As their actions have consequences. Such as stealing Surge, Kit and even Thrash to teach them to be proper heroes with proper respect!

Personality:

A Mod is the type of Mongoose obsessed with being better, hip with pompous common-sense masquerading as intellect. Teasing them and even making fun of villains with his snappy wordplay. With having little interest in harming his criminal “students”. What he really wanted is to out smart villains to be more productive in society. Essentially villains to be heroes or at least be safer among civilians. With an awkwardness to performance to his “lessons” as puzzles are not as enhanced.Rather cleverly psychedelic with clever elegance in a witty, but ruthless as not making soft punches with those “students” who misbehaved. Like a strategist pointing out the flaws and origin points of heroes and wanted it to affect them as being a teacher to them. The kind of teacher that most people could adore and talk shows parade about hi news methods. Basking in the glow of success, but sometimes reality crashes down if villains are too gone to be fixed. But learns that is not always to have the absolute best to have value, but value that you could do. And sometimes he can accept that he doesn’t know anything about people. As sometimes they’re unpredictable. But at least he could give an effort. As in intelligence without resilience, collapses if it cannot answer. In other words, excellent recall abilities, and adapted to be second place if needed.
