I dont understand, I cant find where to input the coupon

Joey Tang

It should be under the email section of the check out.

Aaron Stark

Including the Tier 4 rewards like Nier and Queen Bee Tifa?

Tq Dương

I add 1 set to cart then check out. I go to choose the second set and i can't find the place to input the code anymore

Aaron Stark

The coupon code doesn't appear to work for Nier 2b, Queen Bee photo sets, I was billed 1,111 USD by gumroad.

Tq Dương

Me too. I think we should wait they fix the problem

haneame

2B and Tifa bee open now! sorry I forgot

haneame

Tq Dương

Joey Tang

Your work is always worth the wait! But I'll take my time when I get my coupon. Right now there's too many people attempting to get your sets at the same time.

haneame

JoeGoddenflash

I'm sorry, i doesn't mean to complaining. but if it zipped soon, are we need to insert the coupon again?

Salvador

Do you still have to apply a credit card? My coupon code isn’t working

Anra_Sama

No. after you select all 4 sets, go to checkout and apply the code, It should remove the cost from all 4 and the card info so you are left with just the mail and coupon code on the checkout.

JoeGoddenflash

exactly as Jerry sama said.. Hi, Jerry, so you already downloaded the sets? can it be open? mine, half of each sets corrupted.

rafael B

but just and question all the part Tier 4 will be also send by message llke before ?? the photos and the videos also? or it's just now with gumroad ??? please hane

rafael B

finaly i just succes for all get ! ! thank you very MUCH cherie dear Hane ^^ i will call you now Hanexy or Tifne

Anra_Sama

Mine seem to unpack just fine but that is a gumroad issue, Has happened to me before as well with other content. Just have to wait a bit before they work properly. Most likely just the influx of people getting the same files borking their system up a bit.

haneame

We sent who pledged before 9/16 and the one pledged after9/17 will sent on Monday 😭💦

PhantomSixth

I just used my coupon, but was only able to use it 3 times😭 what do I do?

haneame

please email to stu23123@gmail.com We will reply you privately.

haneame

The corrupt is becasue too many ppl download at the same time. Just wait a bit. I am sorry

haneame

Same content just new way to get rewards more easily

haneame

9/16後贊助的會在9/21發送

Rhlover

Worked fine for me. Great sets!

Bobby

I am tier 4 but only got tier 1 rewards 😔

Harmony Xiong

Ok so is this the new way to get the tier rewards? If so can someone explain in good English on how to get it. No offense against Hame but I didn't really understand what was being written. Was reading the comments but not alot of help.

Dinesh(Dean)

It was the same problem as me too

ARE

Harmony Xiong,

ARE

You should have recieved a coupon code in your DMs, you will need that in step 4. 1) Go to HaneAmes Gumiroad page, and choose 4 sets you want. Tier 4 lets you choose any so im pretty sure you can get any of them apart from the one HaneAme said you cant get. 2) Once you have 4 in mind add them to your cart. 3) Then click on "Checkout". 4) When you do, it will show you a place to enter your email and the Code you got from her. 5) once you enter it, your total should hit 0$ and you can access the content. 6) the content will be sent to your email or on the screen after you press the pay button

hinaru

It works great, I definitely like this way better 😀

Joey Tang

Best piece of advice I can give to everyone is to await a day once you get your coupon. Everyone trying to get the photos all at the same time slows down Gumroad. I waited one day and everything went smoothly.

Juan Rivero

The coupon was to download the sets of the month? I downloaded another 4 that were not of the month 😓

David Petruzzi

So even though it says not for sell in Gumroad we can use them?

haneame

You can mix &match any 4 sets not limited to this month

haneame

Only "【SPECIAL SET】KuroInu_Olga wet stocking OL " could not be exchanged by Coupon

Jicroas

When do u get the coupons when u sub?

haneame

On Monday! Now is weekend haha

Jicroas

Alrighty :D

ANDY CHEN

我還沒收到 可以幫忙確認一下嗎

al_x

HAN CHO

我還沒收到耶 可以幫我確認一下嗎?? 感謝你~

紹宇 李

月底買的例如11/22 會何時收到呢

haneame

等級1-2免費禮物都已將發送，等級3，4 週一發！週末小幫手休假😊

音

請問今天訂閱多久能收到?

Saras Grigas

So if I purchased tier4 in november 25th? Do I get all free exclusive sets or did i miss?

haneame

最慢這周末會發出喔

haneame

Sure you can get full of this month rewards

SooYoon

I joined today in tier 4, do i also get the free set :)?

Taha Amrani

Question: is the coupon a one-time thing, or i can get a new one every month?

Joey Tang

Unless she has changed the rules I believe you have to use it before the end of the month. It has four credits. Instructions on this post.

Robert Ramirez

I just joined teir-4 yesterday, did I miss the monthly sets

BlueSky68

I just joined teir-4 how do I get this month set?

Joey Tang

Her staff are off on the weekends. Depending on how busy it gets, possibly Monday.

haneame

Thank you for your reply! Yes, we will send it on Monday!

haneame

You will get 4 charges for the pledge every month.

Rein

I just joined tier4 yesterday did I miss this month set😖

Joey Tang

Don't worry you're fine, her staff are off on the weekends. Monday is the earliest you'll get the November sets. Just give them a little time.

Wheeler Schmidt

I joined within the last few hours of the November tier 4 but the billing period still says November? I hope I didn't miss the deadline for the November month of getting polaroid and 4 sets on Gumroad? I received Dec previews this morning which look amazing btw, but no Nov coupons? I did join last min so I'll wait a little while and see. I know you have a lot of customers.

Joey Tang

The coupons are for Tier 5s. If your Tier 4 you'll get the complete November set to you. Don't worry Ms. Hane and her staff will send your set as soon as possible.

Wheeler Schmidt

@Joey Tang there was no tier 5, there are two tier 4s and I bought the second tier 4 which gives the everything in tier 4 as well as pic 4 sets of your choice.

Joey Tang

OK. That's Tier 5 and the November coupons are only good until November. You'll just have to wait for her reply on this particular situation. Sorry I wasn't much help.

Wheeler Schmidt

You're ok. I appreciate the help. I messaged her Patreon but am awaiting a response. I subbed to the Nov billing period but it was like within the final hours of Nov period. At least the billing amount says November billing period under my account. I just cut it super close with like an hour or so before Dec 1st is all. Hopefully she honors the November portion bc I do have proof I can share via scrrenshot of billing period.

haneame

We send the message to you please check it! :D

haneame

Coupon valid until the 5th of next month to prevent these special conditions.

Saras Grigas

Wich days do you send those coupons?

Joey Tang

If you're Tier 4 Mix and Match for December, she hasn't announced a release date yet on her December Reward Post on December 1st.

haneame

The coupon would be sent when Tier 4 rewards announced, around the mid of Dec

Anh Tu Nguyen

I just join today, any chance i recieve the coupon for december?

Bas Smid

Yeah, the coupons weren't send yet

haneame

The coupon would be sent around 12/15~12/20

There's a post that explains the delay in the feed below. Tier 4 won't be released until 12/22, by then you should get your coupons. Also you know she doesn't do nudity, correct?

Andrew Kranak

I have been on her Patreon before, and show up now and then. She is very good about getting stuff out, As is usual with many content creators, they do it all at once instead of person by person. I imagine it will happen by the early part of January.
