Do you add the jumbtron image in via post-production or is there a camera in scene that can project to other surfaces?

For each pose, I usually perform renders from multiple camera angles to help me decide what to do for page layouts. The jumbotron is just a big plane or cube. So all I do is take one of the renders from a different camera angle and apply it to its surface. Does that answer your question?

Oh interesting. That was one of the ways I thought you might do it. Makes more sense than doing it post. Was wondering in my knowledge of the program had become outdated. You seamlessly put the image together that I had to ask. :)
