I haven't watched the whole video yet, but just in case you don't know, Hobi will be performing Mona Lisa on Studio Choom with his dancers from the US leg of the tour (so the ones in the fancam). I believe 2 versions will be dropping, one on the 22nd nd one of the 23rd

And YES, that's Will from the REACT channel. He's been dancing for BTS for years now, actually (since BTS' performance of Idol on America's Got Talent back in 2018 or 2019). This was like his 3rd or 4th time dancing for them. I knew he would be a part of the tour when he suddenly posted a TikTok dancing to one of Hobi's songs lol

y'all reacting to the tour fancams gave me flashbacks cause I still cant believe I saw that man live. I avoided all concert spoilers and went in completely blind and I barely made it out alive 😭😭 I was also the stop where he debuted Mona Lisa and MAAAAAAAANN my friends had to pick me up off the floor when I peeped he was performing a new song

The stage was incredibly dynamic. Like, it was made up of a bunch of platforms that kept elevating and moving throughout the show based on what song he was performing. So every song had a different stage set up.
