Thank you sooo much for the reaction 🥹 I was about to go to sleep, but when I saw the notification about Chan’s room reaction, I was like “nope, I HAVE to watch this right now!” 😂 I cried and laughed at the same time… I really love both you and Bang Chan so much 🫶 Can’t wait for the next parts, thank you again!! 😘

Loved this so much, thank you. Totally understand what you were saying at the end, its hard not to feel weary and jaded by the world, think it's the price we pay for caring. Respite from the noise feels like a gift so thank you for providing that with your content x

I can't wait to snuggle up in bed later and watch this with you! These are so healing, and I've never seen a lot of these early Chan's Rooms

What I would give to hear Chan come out with an r&b track, his voice suits the style so much

Feeling bogged down by the world and the things that surround us is valid, especially when you are tuned into what is happening. I find that when I was younger, I wasted a lot of time on the edge of my seat, waiting for the other shoe to drop. Whether it was something that would go wrong, something I loved turning sour and unenjoyable, or people disappointing me, I was always on edge. Only to realize that in my weariness, I sought out weaknesses and disappointment and many times manifested them, like a self-fulfilling prophecy. I realized I needed to learn to balance being tuned in and empathetic to the world around me while still moving forward. If people and things were going to disappoint me, they would do so regardless of whether I wasted energy anticipating them. I learned that no matter how much I protected myself, what was meant to hurt would always hurt. Therefore, I could choose to focus all that energy on being well with myself and looking internally while moving forward, or I could continue to live on edge, waiting on others. Give yourself grace and the space to feel down and sad; it's okay. But I hope that whatever it is that you need to bring you out the other side, you are able to find inside yourself, in the world that surrounds you, and the people that love you! For what it is worth, I appreciate you for who you are and what you do, and send you nothing but love!

(These are just my thoughts, I might be totally wrong. sry wrote a hole book.) I think I get what you mean. A lot can change in six years, and unfortunately there’s so much hate in the world right now. I also find it fascinating how Chan used to talk to STAYs compared to how he does now. I’m not sure if it’s because those were the first few episodes or because he was still really young back then, or if he already talked to us the same way as he does around episode 150 (I’m watching them all for the first time with you so I don’t know). I also get what you mean when you say it now feels more like you’re just talking to us — and I think Chan probably feels the same way. I believe a lot of things play a role in that. First, both you and Stray Kids have become much bigger, and the more people there are, the more weird ones show up too. Second, like I said, we’re living in a time with so much hate — everyone’s become so sensitive that you can’t really joke around anymore, and people keep interfering in things that don’t have anything to do with them. (Don’t get me wrong, it’s good that people are more aware of certain topics, but not everything needs to be overanalyzed.) And I think since you’ve been doing this for such a long time now, it doesn’t feel as special anymore (that’s just the impression I get). Like when you finally get your dream job — at first you’re like “OMG, this is so cool!” but after a few years it’s just like “Yeah, that’s my job.” It’s still a great feeling, just not as special as before. Fourth, since you have so many viewers/fans now, you and Chan probably (unfortunately) get a lot of mean comments. Over the years, you’ve probably tried to build some kind of wall (maybe even unconsciously) so you don’t get hurt by every single comment. But maybe that’s also made it harder to fully take in the nice, friendly comments too. That’s kind of what I think could be the reason — for both you guys and Chan. (Again, these are just my thoughts, don’t take them too seriously — I could be completely wrong!)
