K-Pop is just really tame overall nowadays, compared to this, isn't it. Not many groups with a mature concept. Years ago I wrote down this group in my ever-growing list of groups to check out, specifically their song "Abandoned". Don't remember what it sounds like, but I'll trust my past self and mention it anyways. 🙃

For me the Brown Eyed Girls were a revolution in itself. When "Abracadabra" came out 3 of the members: (JeA: Long brown hair, Miryo: Rapper with short brown hair and Narsha: scene with the leopard print shorts) were in their late 20's (roughly 27-28), only Gain (short black hair) being 22 or 23, I presume. They were bold, bringing a mature concept that I really loved back then. Gain was the sexy-chic idol, she was very confident and sensual, specially shown in her own solo projects. If u have the time, I'd love to see u watch some of her solo work. My personal faves are Bloom, Fxxk u, Paradise Lost and Apple. 😌 Overall, BEG were known for their stage presence and vocals, and their song "Sixth sense" has been covered by others idols that have said how hard the song is to sing due to the high notes. At the climax the last note being a whistle. I could yap, really, my 2nd gen heart is very happy for how you show to like what you're seeing from them 🤩💚

I’m so glad you watched two MVs and even live stages, this group is truly iconic! Brown Eyed Girls were actually my first K-pop group- it all started with Psy featuring Ga-in as the actress of Gentleman, and through her I found my way to Brown Eyed Girls. btw, Ga-in’s artistry is amazing. i really recommend her solo debut Irreversible. Also definitely check out Bloom, Paradise Lost, and Truth or Dare. As for Brown Eyed Girls as a group, please watch the Warm Hole MV and prepare to be stunned - it’s almost exactly what the title sounds like lol. Brave New World is also a must, and Kill Bill MV is also really fun and cinematic. These four women are really something else. Ooh i love Brown Eyed Girls so much!!
