Have some of you been having some issues with playing our videos? Maybe there are some buffering issues, loading, cuts in the videos - not us being delulu but actual issues, glitches, etc.. Can you comment your experiences and maybe add the the title of a specific video with timestamp? I want to solve this, check if it is something that I can resolve by changing the way we record/upload our videos or if it's a Patreon issue. Really appreciate you all for the help!

i’ve definitely noticed it the last couple of days, but specifically when i was watching the p1harmony guide! idk time stamps bc it’s a long video but it was definitely glitching quite a bit. not enough to disturb the experience but def noticeable

Just one for me so far. In the Piwon guide video, I can’t look at timestamps right now because I’m at work but I specifically remember most were in the Intak section and maybe one or two in Soul’s section

i noticed it in a couple different videos but one i remember from p1harmony movie,, one timestamp was like 1:50:42 to 1:50:47 when the dad was on the balcony talking to the mom the screen paused and the sound went out and then it came back and thats what all of the other glitches looked like as well

Ive had some weird pausing in a couple of recent skz videos, I can go back to them tonight after work and find timestamps for them

Mine work just fine:) it sometimes takes a while to load but that always seems to be because of my internet connection.

In your P1harmony guide and most recent videos it suddently freezee for 5 seconds but does not pick up where it left off, just cuts away. Does not work even when i rewind

i came to comment this exact one as well! same video same spot for me. the video freezes for a second then picks back up a few seconds later

I noticed it happen but ITS A PATREON ISSUE ‼️‼️‼️‼️ since I also experienced the same cuts to another creator I’m subscribed to ‼️‼️

I noticed in the latest snowdrop video there was a minor glitch where the screen froze a little for a couple of seconds and resumed. So nothing major!

yeah, someone commented already but the skz gda performance had a weird pause where it skipped ahead a few seconds after divine straight to changbin's part in ceremony, but I do believe it's a patreon issue cuz I've been having the same problem with other creator's videos

Yeah it cuts in one of the skz videos but not for long it was just for 3 seconds or so

it’s a while ago but your sf9 teardrop reaction with the one take everytime i click on it, it doesn’t load or takes me to this random hockey video 😭

Yes for the recent Enhypen reaction there have been like 3 second pauses but I did notice that this happened with another channel so it might be a patreon thing

This could be unrelated because it was your home setup, but the Playlist parties (live and recorded upload) had short video freezes and sound speedups when you were watching something on Youtube. For example in the first one, the last 20 seconds of the "TEN 텐 'STUNNER' | On the Spot" perf vid have video freezes and slight sound speedups. Like your hardware was overloaded, or Patreon couldn't process fast enough. It's definitely not a playback issue. Also, I just downloaded the recording and checked with a local player, the issues persist but there is no corruption in the video or audio stream. If your local recording is fine, it was a Patreon issue.

Hi i do have those problems in a couple vids that have been posted lately like the new ENHYPEN comeback vids that it does not work for like 3 sec and then goes back to normal and that keeps happening hope i helpen a little ❤️

It happened in the P1H movie and in the TXT unboxing! Those are the only ones I've seen so far.

I took almost a month break & came on today to check & was finally able to watch a video without Patreon crashing (on web) or being stuck in buffering hell 🤷

I noticed it yesterday when I was watching both the P1H movie and P1H ultimate guide. The issue was the video would stop playing for 1-5 seconds and start playing so like a buffer. For the P1H Ultimate guide I buffer at 5:41-5:45

i have some areas where it’ll just glitch and i think it’s my internet but it’s just the vid :(

Every time I put the video in fullscreen mode it stops playing and restarts itself... And even if I don't the screen would just glitch and start over or I have to refresh

It plays properly sometimes but most times it crashes.. I also watch some other creators on patreon and it works properly for some reason

Sometimes I cant watch your videos at all cause of the crashing and i can not get past five minutes without it reloading. I get to watch the full video by luck atp

Some times it will skip forward on its own but I just have to go back a few times it might be me

I have not had any issues on your Patreon videos. And for me personally, the video playback features on Patreon are more user friendly than on vidyard.

In some videos it will suddenly stop for few seconds and then jump forward.

It’s definitely a Patreon issue because your videos aren’t the only ones that are having these issues

Hi! Quick question could you please try to upload the videos on vidyard or vimeo since I can't really adjust the video quality on my laptop for the normal uploads whereas in the vidyard/vimeo vids it is adjustable. Anyways thank u bestiiie💚(On my phone it is adjustable either way but I just prefer watching stuff on my laptop)
