I do like jump and go… but I had a bad feeling that this was going to be underwhelming… and it really is. Especially that me and my girls or whatever that was… it was like a Lisa solo song almost lol that’s not why it was bad but it was just bad. It was just such odd line distribution…. But the song itself was just bad and too repetitive. It just felt like a rough draft of something .. But yeh… fuxxboy or whatever it was called felt too similar to “tally,” like it was saying the same things or whatever with similar lyrics… but bc we got so much great music and content from the girls individually… it’s so clear that yg is the problem. They give them garbage and expect them and their popularity to be able to carry trash music or the bare minimum content. I mean nobody thought it was odd that they had the whole deadline tour like a year before the deadline mini album came out? lol wtf was that about? I feel so bad for the girls bc this is gonna cause a lot of backlash and hate towards them and it should absolutely not be at them. We have seen what they’re capable of and the kind of quality and quantity that they can deliver. It’s not their fault that YG treats them like crap, and uses them to make money…. That’s on the company. Ugh I just feel so bad for the girls…. It’s sad

I really love the EP. Maybe im just being bias but it has been on repeat since today at 12 ahahaha. I do feel for me and my girls the line distribution feels like a collab but i think it woukd make sense once they perform it live especially the chorus part

I liked all the songs really, but I needed more. Also I have to say that, all the girls solo careers are WAY BETTER managed than whatever YG's doing, which is unbelievable

Honestly!!! They can complain about the songs but why blame just one member?? I have seen so much discourse over lisa getting more lines in me & my! Like chill out, it is not like line distribution is equal in other songs as well. But just pointing out lisa is a bit (I don’t agree to it). I think we are 10 years in and line distribution should be least of our concerns. There are so many issues w this album from no promotions, to tracks being leaked months before release and then again by YG 2 days before release. Not to mention, use of AI and problematic people working on some songs of the album. I hope girls can get the BP brand and just leave YG for good.

The songs and the concept are awesome. I liked that they brought something new to the table, but what really disappointed me is that out of the 14 minutes that the entire EP lasts, Jisoo only has a total singing time of one and a half minutes. I think that's disrespectful to her and to all Blinks who are OT4, so instead of enjoying this comeback, it leaves me with a bitter and sad taste in my mouth.

I honestly like all the tracks except for me and my. These songs definetly get better after every listen. Also i need people to get all the World Cup edits to Champion ready like. I just wish YG did a better job of promo and managed this better but i think its clear they dont care about the whole thing anymore and will do the bare minimum as long as they keep getting the Ms

At first listen, I already love Go with others I needed more playing time to eventually get it. So far I like them all except for me and my. Maybe I need more listens. Haha... Blackpink really gave us a different sound and I like it. I enjoyed it.

Deadline is everything that I feared this “comeback” would be, aimless. As a blink, I feel disappointed that this is what we’re being given after 10 years together. To me, the mini album lacks any real cohesion and depth, it feels like some badly phrased AI prompt of what BlackPink should sound like. It’s for that reason why I think that this album feels different. Between the AI usage and Dr. Luke’s involvement in 2/5 songs, now I understand why the entire album feels soulless, because sadly it is. While, this isn’t my fist Blackpink comeback, I fear it may be my last.

It's so strange that I can like all of the girls solo music but never their music as Blackpink, I wish they left YG as a group aswell sigh 😔 GO is at least growing on me I just hate lyricless choruses bc it feels basic & missing something. This reaction did remind me tho that i loved Jump.

I love the full Album. I think people are judging too much on the songs I love every one of them. Love ur reaction the Album too. If your are a true blink you will not be disappointed on all the songs because I love them all.

I was scared of listening to this album, because I stopped being a fan of the group 4 years ago actually (I just didn't like their last comeback)... and I'm really, truly, sad that I didn't like this one either, of course it's not horrible, Go and Jump are good bangers (not too much depth to it, but fun), the rest of the songs are not it for me. I didn't like the use of IA (I'm an artist, so it's a hell no) and Idk, I really didn't have expectations, I just went blindly. I hope YG gets better with the management, I was a Blink and sometimes it makes me sad to see their fans online waiting for the group and for a good amount of content (just a personal take on what my friends share).
