wasnt expecting much from a song named skibidi but this song is actually very good

this song came about(?kinda ig) from a comedy show they did together that started with "fake kim hyo" and then "hyorisoo debut project", and the lyrics like "yes i will" come from that show. its kinda like an unserious song they promoted with the comedy show (which was actually very funny). tbh theyre just having fun and looking hot and im here for it, and the song being good is a plus

I can't remember the exact way the song came about but sones have been talking about a Hyo, Yuri and Sooyoung subunit for SO long (casually known as the SHY subunit). They've been on a couple variety shows recently where they really leaned into it and decided to actually do it for real but also as a joke. They are known as the SNSD comedy queens these 3 (Yoona is an honorary member) but I think it fits them well. Taeyeon actually said she wanted them to take it seriously, as she KNOWS they have the talent. Regardless, the song is actually such a hit. The switch ups took me right back to watching "I Got A Boy" MV premiere at like 3 AM on my old iPod (back when those were still a thing lmao) . Oh the nostalgia. I missed SNSD so so much.

If you love hot weirdos then SNSD-HRS is definitely for you. They are the absolute GOOFIEST, you guys would have a TIME watching the variety show where they went around SM offices trying to get someone to make a song for them and then trying to learn the song. They play off each other so well. The all play the "diva" and it's too good.
