The Rotman (Patreon)

i stayed up way too late last night fiddling around with this. i've never done anything of the sort, really, but I've been dabbling in collage to flesh out my diorama collection and one thing led to another and i gathered some public domain gothic adaptations (hamlet, house of usher, castle of otranto, dracula) and started cutting and pasting snippets here and there. The title "The Rotman" was just a jumble of letters in the respective titles. The story is kinda rushed and doesn't flow too well, but basically a man visits a friend to find out that he's been keeping his undead or half-dead wife (wives?) in the cellar, luring unsuspecting victims over to feed them (or something or other).

i don't think it's particularly well done, but I'm interested in pursuing this avenue a little more in the future. i like the lofi scrapbooky look of the pages. Even as it stands this could make for a neat little zine. I might mix together public domain movie captures as part of the collage
