this month has been a whirlwind of chaos & splendor. Ive been overwhelmed with negative & positive emotions, of which I'm grateful for both. I did my best in spite of my usual exhaustion to put this episode out. Im happy I did. I bought my favorite meal, added the finishing touches, all while listening to some good music.

Okay I literally can't get over how absolutely stunning this is. Like every panel is just absolutely gorgeous and their eyes are so expressive it gives me chills. Watching her express nothing but compassion and empathy for Grave just gives me a warm feeling in my soul. It takes effort to meet people where they are, and explain to them the good you see that they can't see themselves. Understanding that people do things because of their background and that they deserve to be treated with respect anyway is such a mature skill. She sees him for who he is now, not what he did when he was younger. And she understands that his background shaped what he can handle now. I love seeing the world through Ellie's eyes!
