I don't want to get into specifics for safety reasons, due to the negativity ive experienced online, but I've been wheelchair bound and it opened up my eyes to how difficult life is for people with mobility issues. I knew it was hard, but you don't really know what a situation is like until it happens to you. its not permanent, thankfully, but its still been hard to adjust to.

Being able to save money over the last year has been such a blessing because i don't have health insurance. Its so expensive when you're self employed, so i held off knowing someday i could end up in the situation im in. Fortunately, its not expensive enough to bankrupt me, but it will definitely set me back.

i couldn't say that last year at my old job tho, so i want to reiterate how grateful i am for your support.

its a really messed up feeling to debate whether or not to go to the ER because of how expensive it is. I wish people didn't have to worry about that. it makes me feel bad that i lucked out because getting medical treatment wont financially ruin me.

even though some of the attention i get online is negative and life felt like kicking me down a flight of stairs recently, i remember that im still doing super well compared to where i was a year ago. so thanks for that!!❤️
