I made takoyaki! + current desktop (Patreon)

My office is slowly coming together~ I didn't realize how much I like natural green tones, but here we are. I love filling my space with things that also influence my art work. It feels less like being in an office and more like being in a cozy room. Game is called Lemon Cake.
My first attempt at making takoyaki turned out ok! I would probably skip the pickled ginger and try a different sauce. I bought this takoyaki sauce, but maybe I will try okonomi instead. I would like to try and make it from scratch eventually because I'm kind of picky with the flavor lol and I would add tempura crumbs and cook it on high heat at the end for that crunchy outside. I feel a little bit more immersed since Ellie makes takoyaki at the food cart ^-^
As for SWFTD, yes I'm aware this sex scene has gone on for a while--as many of my arcs do. I'm trying to maintain a level of quality and I want it to stay that way. I know it can seem like I don't have much else going on, but I work on the script often. Usually I'll be reading or watching something and an idea will pop in my mind and I'll write it down asap. Developing a creative project even with a creative team can take years. Look at Tears of the Kingdom, it took Nintendo 6 years to complete and I read it had over 1,000 people credited for working on it.
If you rush it, it'll suffer. I'm trying my best to flesh things out and keep the story fresh and entertaining. I have a lot of themes and concepts that have not been explored in any webtoons to my knowledge, so I'm hoping when the time comes, it'll land and the wait will be worth it =) On top of that, I want the environments to look well designed. My taste in interior design changed over the years. I used to be really into rustic ghibli stuff, and I still love the charm of that, but I've evolved to include things like art deco and mid century designs. I want that to be reflected in the backgrounds of my story. I love it so much when I'm playing a game or watching a show and you can tell a lot of love was put into the set design, the costumes, the make up, lighting, etc.
On top of that, I've had to take my health more seriously. I've been battling problems with my lower back, knees, and skin. Some of it is due to injury, other issues are from muscle weakness, tightness especially in the hips from sitting at my desk, and I have no idea what caused the skin problem. It's all manageable though. I'm still able to stand for long periods and go for walks, but I have to be more careful and diligent with exercise and stretching, diet, sleep, vitamins, etc. Everything we all need to do, but it's easy to get caught up with work and everyday life stresses.
I've taken to reading more. Not romance or anything related to my work, but genres outside of what I'm used to. I'm reading a challenging book based in the 1800s and there's a lot of terminology I have to look up, but it's been enjoyable when I am able to understand what's going on. Some of the lines hit hard and have made me emotional, which has never happened with a book before. I guess I just needed to grow a little bit older to find literature that would really resonate with me.
And what's the clown about, you might ask. I bought her from a thrift shop because she reminded me of Ellie. I want to use the doll as reference for something I have planned way later in the plot. I love contemporary fashion, but I also love older aesthetics too. There's something so charming about relics from the past.
