"No, Aiden, this is supposed to be a *deadlift* competition - you're not supposed to do *curls* with that barbell!"

Even Aiden buys into the Muscle Head Lift One-Track-Mind Set. Anybody could mention great advice or requests but Aiden's in this annoying mind trap and can't and won't hear you until he's done his workout. Ya gotta catch him BEFORE he starts his workout. PS: what do you mean "Advertisement"???

Marshall Snoddy

And Aiden could at least pretend that curling that one ton bar is hard??

Well, you don't think he got his ripped body by laying around all day watching romantic comedies and eating chocolate bon-bons, do you? 😅 Answering your other question - this post is public for *anyone* to see. If someone comes across my Patreon page by chance, how will they know what sort of artwork they can expect if there is nothing but paid content? 🤔

He's not very convincing when he pretends things are too heavy for him. 😜

Ya have to catch him BEFORE he starts the workout to make ANY suggestions. And because of his bad case of Muscle Head Syndrome he might not care to take up your suggestion to make it appear harder. For sure there is only one muscle that you could suggest to make it appear harder.... yuk yuk yuk!!! 😉😋

Really? Which muscle might that be, pray tell?
