I think this is rational from two perspectives. Moxxie: No matter what, he cheated first and banged his boss' daughter. That's in stone with a double whammy of fault. For him, this is his punishment. Millie: While yes, she also cheated, but she also made dealings with this mystery person who may cause her more trouble than she bargained for. This might be very bad, or it might force her to come to terms with it all to where the duo must come to a resolution or lose even more.

Well, this is where it becomes iffy because once again, Loona is the cause to all of this as she seduced both Moxxie, then Mixxie/Millie as a means to cover her own ass before getting it railed. None of them kicked it off first is what i’m saying. For Millie, all she aimed to do is catch Loona in a lie, which as we saw was a series of mishaps as she unknowingly had *all* of Moxxie’s physical aspects for the disguise, which may have been intentional by the spaghetti demon here.
