Millie is definitely a protective/jealous type. All at the same time this a guided story by Jizoku so he’s the master of this universe and what entails. If Millie fell into an emotional slump and these two walked into the sunset, so be it. Shark guy may also be a bad person overall anyway, but that's up for debate if Vivzie is bold enough to actually show a toxic LGBT relationship.

Yea, when you get down to it, Loona is an antagonist in the confines of this story for lying, seducing, using and overall making Moxxie's life complicated over her own personal gains.
