Development Log : Week of January 26 - February 1 (Patreon)

Since I don't want to be continuously spamming everyone's emails every day with my progress report, I'll be editing this pinned post throughout the week instead.

Current Stretch Goals

• $300 per month to unlock spicy side stories  (Achieved!)

• $600 per month for extended character Question & Answer sessions  (Achieved!)

• $1000 per month to unlock a second drabble each month (Currently: $1200/$1000)

• Also, apparently the sound files aren't working properly on iOS. 💀

January 26

• Finished/Edited/Posted this month's runner up drabble

• Files edited + prepped for next Alpha update. QuickTest passed. RandomTest x 50,000 passed.

• The next Alpha Update should be ready to go on the 1st of next month/end of this week.

• Whoops, probably should've held off on posting the second drabble so that I didn't double post today (and have nothing lined up tomorrow) Where did Saturday go? (屮ﾟДﾟ)屮

January 27

• Wrote ~1400 words of this month's Q & A session.

• ~1200 words written/coded of game.

• The working on your phobias portion of the hub has been created, as well as the solo death, storms, snakes, and spiders variations.

• Considering the phobias currently have 7 levels, there are 10 different phobias, and I wanted to have variations where each of the ROs can help the MC or MC can work on their phobias alone per level... that's potentially 560 different versions! 40 alone just for the first therapy sessions with Merlin, Adrian, Percy, or solo MC. I think I might need to rejigger this idea slightly.

• Solo heights, darkness, closed spaces, and attention versions done.

• Created text effects. So many text effects.

• ~1600+ words written/coded of game.

• Wrote ~1100 words of this month's Q & A session + edited + posted.

• Solo fear & blood phobias done. Hub for getting help from ROs set up. Merlin death & snake variations done.

• Created text + sound effects

• Fixed bug in Chapter2-2.

January 30

• ~2100 words written/coded of game.

• Merlin variations for storms, spiders, heights, darkness, and close spaces done.

• Created text effects

• Fixed bug in choicescript_stats

January 31

• ~2100 words written/coded of game.

• Merlin variations for attention, fear, and blood completed. Adrian hub created + his version of closed spaces done.

• Final testing + posting of the Alpha Update. Almost forgot to upload all the new sound files & images too.
