Where the River Calls at Night (Patreon)

According to the most widespread image, rusalki are otherworldly beautiful, pale maidens who, with their hair loose, dance in the moonlight along the banks of rivers and lakes, and in forest clearings.
Rusalki are full of grace and charm, so it is no surprise that when a wanderer hears enchanting laughter, singing, and clapping after sunset, he will head toward them without hesitation. All the more so because the rusalki call out in sweet voices, inviting young men to dance with them, swim, and rest.
Only up close does it become apparent that their wet hair, shimmering in the moonlight, is actually green, their eyes strangely deep, and their skin cold. - A. Stasiak "Słowiański Przewodnik po Świętowaniu".
That night my main goal was to film my first short horror video in a found footage style. Luckily there was still some time to take some photos as well, so treat it as a movie trailer :D
The water wasn't so cold at first but after an hour I was freezing! Glad I didn't get sick!
