What am I reading? Well I finished WaP and Henry VI parts 1-3, so I have a window. Last year, I don't know what possessed me, I read the Booker longlist. There was only one I DNF and it won - The Seven Moons of Maali Almeida. So I will finish it now. (I still say The Colony or Maps of Our Spectacular Bodies should have won but what do I know) And keeping in the Russian spirit I found a copy of Andrey Biely's St. Petersburg so I want to see what all the fuss is about. How is everyone's Special Project coming along?

I am reading Orlando and also The Hare With the Amber Eyes, a wonderful partly fictional memoir with gorgeous descriptions. I am reading a couple of murder mysteries on the side, David Baldacci Amos Decker and just finished Fairy Tale by Stephen King (an excellent read if you like Stephen King.) I live in Maine and I love Stephen King (but not as much as Jane Austen or Charles Dickens lol).
