Flash explosions! (Patreon)

Hello there!

Fistly, if you're reading this on the East coast of America when it's published, I hope you're keeping safe from Hurricane Helene! I'm actually in Atlanta at the moment and it's really coming down outside. It's pretty exciting and apparently it hasn't even really gotten going yet.

Anyway, here's a couple more shots I just finished. Beware there are 4 impact flashes. The strafing shot is short but, as always, took ages to do because there are so many elements layered on top of each other. The 3D space station, the 3D ships, the hand detailing on top of the station, the hand animation of the explosions on top of that, the debris on top of that, the laser blasts on top of that...Just colouring the explosions took days.

I hope you like it though, and that the impact flashes don't give you seizures.
