This episode was kind of sad. We dealt with some serious issues. I hope the sheriff will do something about it. I think he actually will take care of it though based on his reaction. On the other hand, I'm happy we found out about what was on Meg's laptop so soon because I thought it was going to be awhile before we got back to that lol Can't wait for the next!

It's not a class. It's an extra curricular club. Think Students Against Drunk Driving or French club or Chess club. Open to all grade levels because it's a club.

My understanding (which might be totally wrong) is that Neptune is currently unincorporated, which means that it is governed by the county instead of a more local region (this is why there is a sheriff instead of a chief of police). Woody (the mayor) was proposing to incorporate Neptune, making it an official town with Keith as the chief of police, but Keith was reluctant because the boundaries that Woody proposed only included the 09ers (the rich part of town) and would effectively cut everyone else out.

Yes, more like the French or Chess club, or science club. As information is still being taught.

"Why would you ask a teenage kid to smoke a joint with you?" He also literally said "fool around". Ewwww.

While information is being taught, no one is being graded because it's not a class. Which was my whole point.

I was just saying that your examples of French or Chess clubs were a better example than say Students against Drunk Driving.

Don't worry, I'm sending in a SWAT team to get rid of that bug once and for all...!
