This one got really emotional towards the end. I was expecting to tear up during the episode lol It was interesting to get some scenes from Duncan's perspective. That was another thing I wasn't expecting but I liked getting to understand him and his family better. Also the fact that he had a dream where Lilly tells him how her murder doesn't make sense shows that he's thinking something's going on with the investigation too. So I'm curious to see if he starts questioning things.

Shit, this one got me a bit emotional. Lol. I can’t believe we are only 3 episodes in - so much has happened already.

I was relatively young when this episode aired. I wonder if it was pretty progressive to have a transgender woman in a TV show like this. Either way, cool to see.

The kid wasn't testing her detective skills. At the beginning he and his buddies were rating the hotness of girls. He had a thing for Veronica, and hiring her to find his dad was to get to spend time with her. And the fact that he thought it was a nowhere case that she'd never be able to find him (because he thought he was dead) meant she'd have to spend a LOT of time with him.
