Comments

Walter Crockett

Yikes! Season 6 you mean….lol. Thought you jumped ahead

Michael Enos

Really nice to see Lessons doing well this early.

Neill Shaughness

Guys, she has basically told us which episode she wants to see. If we don't make sure Relics makes it we are letting her down.

Kevin Ryan

Never liked Tapestry. It's a cheap 'Wonderful Life' ripoff.

Caruthers Willaby

Birthright and Lessons would both be a good 4th ep... I favor Birthright, personally. (And I'm so glad Relics is in first place.)

Caomhan84

We gotta give her "Lessons" after all the Klingon stuff earlier. Relics, chain of command, tapestry, lessons. Sounds good to me. Although again, she can watch all of these and enjoy them on her own time.

Walter Crockett

Been loving your reactions. Excited to see what you think of Season 6 👍

Nick Ireland

Will these Star Trek reactions ever end?

Patrick Flanagan

Never. When she gets to the end she's going to slingshot around the sun back to the Original Series S1 and then it starts ALLLLL over again. You're welcome

p0sthum4n

I feel like we're all on the same page about Cassie deserving Lessons for being a good sport lol

p0sthum4n

The show is 7 seasons long and then there will be 4 movies. Doubtful she'll watch any of the other shows.

Big Lazy Dragon

'Relics' definitely deserves to be one of the 4 winners. I would recommend that Cassie at least watch the series premiere of DS9 before watching Birthright if it makes the final cut, simply because the two series overlap for that episode (not an exact crossover, but a significant part of part 1 takes place on DS9, so Cassie might want to get a feel for the DS9 cast by watching 'Emissary').

djKENTO

I think she’d dig Strange New Worlds tho

Anthony Carlson

I agree with you, but if she ever decides to watch another Trek show, it should be Picard Season 3.

Samuel Champ

This is a good list Cassie. The episodes that don't make the cut would be worth watching on your own time.

Andrew Buel

I voted for Relics, Chain of Command, Ship in a Bottle, and Tapestry. IMO Fistful is fun but nothing spectacular, Birthright's appeal is mostly the DS9 connection, and Timescape is an interesting time travel story but there are others that are better. Lessons will probably finish 4th, and though I'm not crazy about it I think it's a kind of story that Cassie has been wanting to see Trek do for a while. On to Season Sev...er Six! ;) Engage!

Kaida171

I just have to get this off my chest. Now that Cassie is officially a Trekkie, she needs to watch Galaxy Quest. That movie can only be watched when you're sure to understand the fact that it's literally every Star Trek joke/stereotype/cliché wrapped into one movie. The reaction to that one will be priceless! 😆

Big Lazy Dragon

I can't wait to see Cassie's reaction to the opening minutes of 'Relics'. I guarantee she is absolutely going to plotz when she sees what happens.

Chrissonator

I'd rather see Birthright over Lessons, but alas.

PianoDean

If anyone has access to her...please tell her NOT to look at the Relics thumbnail...it will give it away!!!!!!!

Dan

I have to politely disagree - the chemistry between the two main characters in the episode make everything worth it for me. And by this time in the show, I was a hell of a lot more invested in them than anyone in IAWL

Alex Boler

"Ship in a Bottle" is an absolute *must* watch after watching "Elementary, Dear Data."

Caomhan84

She's already watched that.

Clay F

Relics, Chain of Command, Tapestry will be top 3. The question in this poll is which of the remaining 5 will win 4th place. My choices in order for 4th place: *LESSONS is currently leading in the poll for 4th place. My top choice for the 4th spot. Has the romance. *BIRTHRIGHT. My second choice. I know we've had enough Klingon stuff but get 2 episodes for 1, and those two episodes have interesting aspects. *SHIP IN A BOTTLE. Cool episode. I like it. *A FISTFUL OF DATAS. Kinda cheesy but I would be happy with it.

Oscar Ortega

I hope not. Still need to see Voyager, Enterprise and many more!!

Clay F

"Ship in a Bottle" is a cool episode (I like it) and in the running for 4th place.

PlayfulPB

The top three are pretty obvious. Lessons should absolutely be 4th, because this is Cassie. Birthright should not be voted for...Cassie has said quite a few times that the topic does not interest her, and I'd say it'd be proper to respect that.

Kaida171

She has?! Where was I?! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'll go back through and find it, thanks for letting me know! Edit: Oh, that's from before she'd seen ST. I'm of the opinion she should rewatch it now that she'd get the jokes. It's so much funnier when you can pick up on all the Easter eggs.

Ben Allen

How can ship in a bottle not be doing better than 5%? Genuinely bizarre.

Clay F

Cassie has said she is not into the Klingon politics, but Birthright is a little different than that. Lessons is my top choice for 4th place.

Jake McNulty

Hey Cassie, when you're done with "Star Trek" might I recommend giving "Farscape" a go? A terrific cult sci-fi show I think you'll enjoy.

Clarence Newman

There's a lot of people who hope not, Nick, but if you're not a Trek fan, I feel your pain. I don't like Star Wars or the Marvel universe and there are times they've seemed to take over, especially with the addition of the mini-series'. As it stands, you've got one season after this, then 4 films, then the reboot films and after that she's done. The Trekkies among us will be badgering her constantly to watch DS9, Voyager and Picard, but I doubt that will be for a year or two.

Clarence Newman

Agreed. I get the feeling most people wouldn't pick that one if we were picking for ourselves, but it's just such a Cassie episode, we really have an obligation to slide it in.

Clarence Newman

I think it's a casualty of the 4 episode rule, Ben. It's definitely worth watching and would close the loop on a story that began with Elementary Dear Data.

Nick Ireland

Cheers, it's not that serious just seems to be dragging on forever! Seems there's lots of people who love it so I'll just have to suck it up haha

Laura Thornley

Lessons is underrated to the point I forgot it existed. But yes, its a very Cassie episode.

PG Modehouse

Ship in a Bottle has returning characters that Cas would appreciate, I think. Lessons is good too, but Ship In A Bottle is great

Neil

I would agree that Cassie needs to avoid thumbnails and desriptions of Series 6 until they have all been watched to avoid massive spoilers. I agree that Ship in a Bottle would be great for Cassie to watch but as she's said a few times she can't allow her channel to be taken over by Star Trek as much as we love it. I would however recommend that Cassie watch it in her own time (if she has any!) :-)

Allen W. McDonnell

Timescape deserves more love! Sure it isn't romantic, but we see Troi in her proper sexy uniform! Also it is a lot more science fiction than many of the other episodes where Star Trek shows its secret strength of spreading ideas many have never even heard of to average viewers.

rakesh

Coc 1 and 2 and Relics are dead certs. Tapestry she will like I'm voting for ship in a bottle and timescape. Gutted that Second Chances didnt make it. Not going to pick lessons. Suspect that timescape will surge when America wakes up. Although I'm secretly hoping we get to conclude that mini arc with ship in a bottle.

MikeLL

Eh, not exactly a fun group of episodes, is it? I will enjoy some more Star Trek episodes, even if it seems the quality has gone down a tad, and the episodes are a little more dreary and dull. I'll have to start rewatching season 7, to get ready for those. Everyone seems to have been right, season 5 was the peak of the series. I only voted for Relics and Timescape.

Cliff Endicott

I agree with Dan here - this is far and away my favorite Q episode. It has a nice story, provides background on Picard, and is really funny to boot.

Cliff Endicott

I also love "Lessons" look back at "The Inner Light". And the music is a nice bonus. But most especially, I want it to win because I believe Cassie will love it. It's usually more fun to watch her enjoy something than one where she starts her review with "I didn't hate it....."

Cliff Endicott

.....and it won't win in the poll, but I have always gotten a kick out of "Fistful of Datas", but then again I love westerns and Worf is pretty funny in it.

Jason Rogers

Chain is great. It is so hard not saying anything else about it. Relics she willmlove

T.J. Gengler

I know it won’t win but I love Fistful of Datas. Sometime, you just need to go silly and roll with it.

Daniel Turbyfill

I really think it will be a shame for Cassie to miss Ship in a Bottle, since she enjoyed Elementary, Dear Data from season 2 so much.

Daniel Turbyfill

Even reading the episode blurb on Paramount + I have zero memory of Timescape. All of the others I have at least some recollection of.

Neil

Pretty sure Cassie isn't particularly looking for episodes where Troi is in sexy uniforms ;-)

Katie Jackson

Cassie, Face Of The Enemy didn't make the final poll but I'd suggest watching it on your own time. It's Deanna Troi's best episode with her in the lead and you have not really seen much of her yet. As for the episode Second Chances, I'm hoping you'll pull a Popcorn Pick and react to this one. It is the most "Cassie" episode of the series. Knowing how much you'd love it, I'd love to see your reaction to it. If that's not possible I hope you'll take the time and watch it on your own. It is exactly what you've been asking for on the series.

Clarence Newman

I don't remember Troi being overtly (ntentionally) sexy in that one. It's "Man of the People" she needs to avoid. (And did.) I don't believe there any others worth worrying about.

Clarence Newman

Here's something. The other main guy in Chain of Command, David Warner, was something of a star in British theatre back in the 60s when Patrick Stewart was trying to make a name for himself. In Stewart's autobiography, he says that the young David Warner, in the theatre world, had a mini Beatlemania following. When Patrick came out of the theatre ahead of Warner one time, one of the throng of young autograph hunters looked him in the eye and said, "Are you anybody?" When he said no, she just breezed past him looking for Warner. If only she'd known!

Joe J

Eveybody knows you never go....full Picard. 😆

K, Zachary

Ship In The Bottle was the Sherlock Holmes one. Yeah I liked it. I was going by IMDB on which to watch which a lot of them had good scores which shows would a good season it was.

Miguel

Wow, Timescape demolished the first poll but is struggling in this second round poll, a surprising change...

Billy Higgins

All great episodes. Curious to see which ones win :)

Billy Higgins

More evidence that she just needs to watch the whole damned show 🤓

Bryan Fritchie

Too many good episodes are losing. ☹️

Joe J

I think she does plan to cycle back for a few more TOS episodes. I like TNG, but there's a fatigue factor at this point for me.

Allen W. McDonnell

This is the one that uses the Runnabout set from DS9 with Picard, Troi, Geordi and Data returning from a conference. They encounter bubbles of distorted space-time then find the Enterprise and a Romulan ship frozen in time and have to figure out how to fix things.

Allen W. McDonnell

Mr. Newman, she wears the standard blue uniform instead of that stupid nightgown dress thing that made her look so unprofessional the first few seasons. I consider her far more attractive in uniform instead of that awful thing they made her wear so long.

Dean Holt

3 out of the 4 of my pick are winning so I’m very happy. But really surprised that Lessons looks like it going to win as I’ve always thought it was one of the poorer episodes. There’s certainly better ones Imo like, Rascals which I really recommend Cassie watches even if it off channel, Schisms (maybe a good one for Scary not to Scary), Face of the Enemy, Starship Mine, The Chase, Frame of mind, (maybe another one for Scary not to Scary), Suspicions (good Dr Crusher episode) Second Chan (good Riker episode) But let’s see how it finishes

Dean Holt

Two incredible actors, though Warner was brilliant in The Time Bandits.

Caomhan84

I'm glad that Birthright isn't being voted for because she has said that she doesn't like the Klingon episodes. But I think that some people are still pulling for it because of the DS9 characters and they think it's a sneaky way to get her to ask "who are these people? What's this space station?" etc. because they want DS9 on the channel. And there's no way to watch DS9 on the channel without watching every single episode, and that's just not going to happen. So it's best to avoid this episode and DS9 entirely.

Ike

Agreed! I always thought this was mis-titled because it’s NOT really about Data at all.

Ike

I’m really just baffled at this poll. It seems folks have picked mostly Picard-centric episodes - again - and there are some fantastic, fun stories left on the floor. The poll also doesn’t seem to match the comments, which is strange. Anywho, just in case… 1. The bookend to “Elementary, Dear Data” is - “Ship in a Bottle”. 2. “A Fistful of Datas” and “Rascals” - are just pure fun, and… 3. “Timescape” - is Star Trek at its finest. Yet, we have what appears to be another “Skin of Evil” type episode (zero fun) running neck-to-neck with “Relics.” Maybe I’m just a grumpy, old grandpa now, lol. Get off my lawn!! 😄

Stephen Last

I know a lot of people want her to watch Ship in a Bottle, and I agree. I think the best way to remedy this is to have her watch the top 3 Barclay Episodes. Hollow Pursuits, The Nth Degree, and Ship in a Bottle. I really want her to meet Barclay.

Jason Rogers

It could have been A Few Datas More

Bagofsoup

Also agreed, love tapestry. Shows Q’s care for Picard more than any other episode, and helps Picard deal with the lessons and regrets of his past to fully embrace who he had become.

Chris Retzlaff

I like second chances, but lessons is a decent follow up to inner light

Chris Retzlaff

Timescape is losing that bad, that's a fun episode

Yaisu

I can't wait for you to watch Tapestry. My personal favorite ST episode

ContrabandDonut

I didn't vote. It's been ages since I watched seasons 6, 7. The titles bring back some information in my memory but not enough to vote. Fistful of Datas is allegedly funny, right?

Verteron

Just a couple of thoughts: 1. I Find it amusing that people say the quality is down, but then there are also a ton of comments that say so many good episodes are being missed this season. Season 6 is great and there are plenty of good episodes in season 7. I don't know where the after season 5 the show goes downhill thing is coming from. 2. I feel bad for Riker. He's really gotten the shaft as far as episodes that Cassie has watched. Second Chances would have been a perfect episode for her. Hopefully we'll pick the great Riker episode next season. 3. Can't wait for the next episode to drop!

Daniel Allen

Surprised that Face of the Enemy didn't even place here. That is an outstanding episode and an interesting story with regard to a certain character. Even more surprised with why people are choosing Relics - I've always kind of disliked that episode. In my opinion it treats a certain someone like a pathetic joke hardly deserving of that character. And why Lessons is so popular in terms of picking key episodes, or just in general really, I'll never understand.

Neil

Good episodes are winning as well, the top 3 here were very predictable and with good reason!

TechJJ

Cassie loves crossovers, and seem to really like relationships and character development. There are definitely really nice episodes not on the final poll, but it is a lot less controversial than season 3 and 4.

Cody Nelson

"Pegasus" has a very good chance of being picked for season 7 so we will likely get a good Riker episode soon.

Dustin Rumsey

I wonder she'll remember the other ST appearance she's seen him in :)

Dean Holt

I’ll be honest it’s been I very long time since I’ve seen Lessons so I don’t remember too much, other than the basic story. I might have only seen it twice, as I’ve said I just think it’s a poor episode and was surprised it’s gotten so many votes. I’m also surprised The Chase didn’t do better as I actually thought it was a great episode. But each to there own. Just can’t wait for her to watch Relics as I think than could be her favourite.

Story Archer

I'm very happy to see the ones that are winning, but Ship in a Bottle is definitely one that Cassie should watch for herself, if she doesn't end up doing a reaction for it.

Story Archer

Everything is in the context of what we know Cassie will enjoy. We can watch the episodes on our own any time, we're here to see them with Cassie, and sometimes it's better to see her watch something we know she will love than what we might personally think are stronger or more lore-centric episodes. I understand your frustration, though.

Story Archer

Agreed - and I personally think that Cassie is nursing a little crush on Riker...

Story Archer

Yeah, that would be a superb trilogy for her to watch, even if it's just on her own. The episodes DO have later relevance as well...

Story Archer

PLEASE don't let Timescape overtake Lessons... Cassie has seen enough TNG episodes about 'space-time anomalies' and Lessons would mean SO much more to her!

Story Archer

I think Fistful of Datas is a terribly over-rated episode. Please consider tossing in at least one vote for 'Lessons', just to make sure it gets over the hump.

Story Archer

And you KNOW Cassie will love it.

Clarence Newman

I like Timescape, but you're right. Lessons will turn Cassie all fuzzy and make her want to hug Ben.

Chrissonator

I personally am really hoping for Dark Page as well.

Chrissonator

I personally would've rather seen Birthright over Lessons tbh

Clarence Newman

You've left out the best one, Stephen - "Genesis" from Season 7. There aren't a huge amount of top-notch episodes in Season 7 (I count 6 not including All Good Things), so hopefully that one will make the cut.

Verteron

Pegasus is definitely one the best episodes of season 7, so I'm hopeful we pick that one.

Verteron

Dark Page is a good episode. It's up there for my favorite Lwaxana episodes, but would be an odd introduction to the character.

Tanglefoot

Must admit I was hoping Starship Mine would have made the cut - Picard Action Episode

Steve Holton

It is good, especially the final face-off with Hans Gruber. 😊

Gro Do

Yes. Lessons is key to one of the biggest things she has been waiting for in Star trek TNG

Robert Baldino

Honestly, Cassie just needs to watch the whole series. It's amazing how many classic episodes this show had.

Michael Jennings

I think someone will need to point it out to her. When she was watching The Prestige, I was hoping she would recognize Daniel Davis, but she didn't.

Michael Jennings
>>144304735

I still hope Cassie watches Second Chances on her own. It's useful for her to see that relationship history before the movies.

Michael Jennings

Can we all band together and force a tie between Lessons, Ship in a Bottle, and Timescape? 😆

edwub

If “Lessons” doesn’t make the cut, could we suggest to include it as part of a TNG romcom marathon? “In Theory”, “Captain’s Holiday” and “Ménage a Troi” come to mind

Ria Grix

It would be nice to see a Troi centred story like Timescape get through.

Caomhan84

If it doesn't make the cut, I might actually be kind of pissed off. Not for myself but because for the entire series she has said what she wants to see, an episode comes along promising exactly what she wants to see, but the community, who KNOWS it, forces through another choice instead. So if Lessons gets beaten by Ship in a Bottle or Timescape, We will just have to tell Cassie to watch the episode on her own because she will absolutely love it. Or campaign for her to call an audible and watch it anyway.😂

Michael G

"Maybe I’m just a grumpy, old grandpa now" this is correct

Michael G

The one great loss of this season will be "Rascals" Cassie would have LOVED!!!!!!! that episode.

Ike

You forgot the “..lol” which indicates it was meant as humor. 🙂

KTVindicare

My email said S7 Final Poll and I about panicked lol.

rakesh

Ship in a bottle let's go!

Clarence Newman

I think that's the exact point Archer is making. Birthright may be the better episode (I don't think so but that's one opinion among thousands), but Cassie struggles with Klingon-centric stories and loves romance. I've said this before....Lessons probably wouldn't have stood a chance if we weren't specifically picking for Cassie.

Clarence Newman

Ooh, I like the audible idea. That would mean she'd react to 5 instead of 4. I don't think there's much to worry about though. With two days left on the poll, Lessons has a healthy lead in 4th place.

Clarence Newman

It's too painful watching episodes she would enjoy missing the cut. Timescape, Starship Mine, Fistful of Datas, Man of the People (I'm kidding - that would just be for Troi's dress). Schisms, Ship In a Bottle, Face of the Enemy, Frame of Mind and Second Chances. CASSIE, THIS IS YOUR FAULT! WE NEED MORE EPISODES! "I'm Henery the Eighth I am, Henery the Eighth I am I am, I got married to the widow next door, she's been married seven times before..... Second verse, same as the first! I'm Henery the Eighth I am....

Clarence Newman

Yeah, strictly speaking, it shouldn't be losing out to "Lessons", BUT....as many have said, we can't deprive Cassie of "Lessons".

Clarence Newman

Normally, if someone suggested a Lwaxana Troi episode, I would ask them what poor Cassie has done to make them hate her so much, but Dark Page is pretty damn good. That episode humanises her for a change, instead of making her the most annoying creature in the galaxy.

Clarence Newman

Skin of Evil was a truly bad episode in every way and a million miles from the great acting the two principles give us in Chain of Command. Protecting Cassie from the dark side (The Exorcist, for example) is sometimes a good idea, but I think in this case, it would be over-protection. A, she can handle it quite easily now (it's pre-watershed, after all), and B, I believe the episode will absorb her attention like few others. Frankly, It's Skin of Evil we should have protected her from! By the way, a coughing child gave me bubonic plague on a flight last week and, in keeping with my stereotypical manliness, I am currently close to death, so on general principle, I would fight your suggestion of Rascals. Think well of me when I'm gone.

Ike

Feel better, Clarence.

ArsTropica

Ship in a Bottle has it all - romance, intrigue, suspense and full cast involvement. What does Lessons have, beyond the obvious? Let's stop trying to build arcs and choose each episode on its own merits (even though it's technically an arc :p).

Dean Holt

Agreed I’d definitely recommend she still watches it even if it’s off channel.

FleetAdmiralJ

I get a lot of people like Lessons because of its tie-in with a previous episode but...nope. Go Timescape Go! You're not THAT far behind!

David Collins

The first 3 are kind of obvious, but the fourth is a bit harder decision to come to. I went with Ship in a Bottle because I think Cassie will appreciate revisiting the Moriarty character from the Sherlock Holmes episode.

ArsTropica

I've information vegetable, animal, and mineral, I know the kings of England, and I quote the fights historical From Marathon to Waterloo, in order categorical; I'm very well acquainted, too, with matters mathematical [...] 🎶

Story Archer

Yeah, that one would definitely be right up her alley.

Clarence Newman

That one'll work too. Marcus the Ranger used that to annoy Dr Franklin in Babylon 5. Franklin's response was, "And that's when I shot him, your honour."

Joe

Has a single episode that has Ensign Ro featured made any of the cuts? I don't believe so

Peter Rising

Yes, totally agree. Really don't get the fuss about Lessons.

Peter Rising

She was in Cause & Effect but Cassie had no reason other than to regard her as yet another random Con officer.

Joe Jupiter

Come on, everyone! Don't let "Lessons" slip below the wire! Cassie needs to see that one!

Joe Jupiter

However, that's also a Reginald Barclay episode. Cassie doesn't know who he is, so his presence will have no meaning for her.

Allan Rumberger

I like it because it's objectively a better episode than Timescape, which is not a good episode (in fact, it's a really bad episode), and because I know Cassie will like it. The fact that it ties back into that other episode is a bonus, but has no bearing on my vote.

Allan Rumberger

Lessons isn't about the "arc", it's a genuinely moving episode that Cassie will enjoy.

Allan Rumberger

Timescape and Fistful of Datas are bad episodes. Just terrible.

Allan Rumberger

Rascals absolutely should have made it. Instead, people inexplicably voted z-tier dreck like Timescape and Birthright into the final poll.

Allan Rumberger

Fistful of Datas is just shockingly awful. Season 1 tier garbage. It's shocking to me that it got one vote, much less enough votes to get to the final poll. It's an indictment of this group that it's even being considered.

Allan Rumberger

There are only four episodes in this poll worth watching, amd they're all winning. Of those, there's only three I would have wanted Cassie to watch (I can't believe you sadists are making her watch Chain of Command).

Allan Rumberger

It is so superior to Timescaoe, which sucks. It just does.

Allan Rumberger

It's a genuinely great episode, and I'm glad it's winning. It's easily a top-4 episode of this season.

Allan Rumberger

Yeah, but that episode shouldn't have won in the first place, so the follow-up episode is really not necessary.

Allan Rumberger

Tapestry is a top-10 episode of the whole series.

rakesh

Folks. Shift your timescape, fistful of datas and birthright votes into ship in a bottle. It's at 8% timescape is at 7 and lessons is at 10% we can beat lessons! She really enjoyed the elementary dear data epsiode and this actually is a continuation episode as opposed to lessons which has tenuous connection with inner light with the use of a flipping flute. Make it so people!

rakesh
>>144454011

May have a shot in season 7 there a lack of good episodes I think parallels, the Pegasus and lower decks are certs. 4th maybe gambit as it's a 2 for 1, but premptive strike may get some love.

Joe

I'm an unapologetic Ro fan lol. Hopefully Cassie will return on her own to watch more TNG after she does Season 7

rakesh
>>144428723

Does he need a backstory though? His persona and contribution is pretty self evident in the story and doesn't really need a whole load of backstory fleshing him out.

rakesh
>>144411239

I'm with you. Ship in a bottle over lessons. If she wanted romance we should have watched second chances. Lessons goes nowhere.

D. T. Nelson

Well... okay. I really wanted to see Cassie's reaction to A Fistfull of Datas, Ship in a Bottle, and Timescape—as well as Relics, Chain of Command, and Tapestry. (of course, I would also like to see her reaction to Rascals, plus the Riker episodes—Frame of Mind and Second Chances—but... c'est la vie).

Katie Jackson

I'm hoping Attached makes it through. A really good Picard/Beverly episode. Much like Second Chances for Riker/Troi

Katie Jackson

Still think Second Chances is the best "Rom Com" episode of TNG. I keep hoping she'll watch that one, hopefully on the channel. She'd be so happy watching that and I'd love to see that reaction

Caomhan84

I agree. And there has been basically no Riker and Troi stuff that has made the cut thus far. I guess we have to wait until the movies for that.... And *if* she watches Picard... Somewhere down the line. And that's a big if. Because in my opinion only season 3 is worth watching, but It's a bit messy if that's all you watch. So probably best to avoid it entirely.

Marcos
>>144463080

Done. I don’t get Lessons votes. It’s not bad but there are way better episodes. Bummed Frame of Mind didn’t make the final round.

T J
>>144463080

Stop dropping hints about the episodes. Whatever episode wins we want her to go into it completely blind. NO SPOILERS!

T J

Yes, there are many episodes we'd like Cassie to see. She would really appreciate Lessons. And shame on those who voted for Birthright. The dullest two-parter of the entire series.

Clarence Newman

As far as "Attached" is concerned, we almost have a duty to vote for it. Cassie has literally been asking for it since the series began!

Clarence Newman

I almost agree with you on Birthright, T J. Unfortunately, Gambit is worse.

Clarence Newman

I think she'll watch DS9, Voyager and Picard eventually. Not soon, but she's literally got years to do it.

T J

I won't debate you on that. To me, Gambit is more disjointed than dull. Birthright should have been one hour and not two. Gambit suffers from quite a bit of padding also.

Kevin Barberie

Ship in a Bottle is one of my top 5 episodes!

Kelly Oehlschlager

Cassie loves the guest star that is in Relics and would never forgive us if we didn't get her to watch it.

Chris Clarke

The (Genesis) countdown is almost up!😊

Cassie would also recognise Warner from Star Treks 5 and 6, Tron and Titanic. Maybe other films I haven't seen too.

Nicholas Meyer has described Galaxy Quest as the best Star Trek film! Slightly tongue in cheek I suspect, lol, but he obviously liked it.

TechJJ

I vote for Lessons not because it's the best 4th episode, or because I like it more than others not voted, but feel it's what Cassie would like and we like her to give us great, genuine reactions of her likes.

Please watch Timescape as a bonus ep, it's worth you while (and ours).

Samir Sinha

Though I didn’t vote for it, Lessons is a good choice for this channel.

JackTupp

I hope she decides to do a bonus episode for "Ship in a Bottle".

In the other hand, it's also a Barclay episode and she's skipped all of those...
