We have a 100+ years of amazing cinema. So many brilliant films. So many classics. Even if you restrict yourself to the recent stuff, there are so many brilliant movies from the 90s onward to watch. So many great directors. I don't understand these choices.

I am left a sputtering fuming mess when I see these debutantes actually enjoying such pablum. I think I need to depart to greener pastures, where movies such as The Bridge on the River Kwai, The Searchers, 12 Angry Men, or Seven Samurai are given a chance.

I guess I'm in the minority of people who actually like this movie. I saw it in theaters with very low expectations and was very pleasantly surprised by how good it was. It's not Citizen Kane, but I thought it was very entertaining and a lot of fun. She's watched MUCH worse movies recently.

Played D&D for a while when I was a kid, but didn't last long because of this loud and obnoxious kid who constantly ruined it for everyone. One of our most heated debates with the Dungeon Master was about the legality of my character shooting this kid in the ass while he was trying to fight a monster. It was ruled unethical but legal and the obnoxious kid got eaten. High fives all around (including from his Dad who was Dungeon Master), but because we were playing in his house and it was technically his board game, I was swiftly uninvited. Happy days.

Cassie doesn't go outside the box very often for sure. Many are reacting to "Sinners" for example, and getting very good view numbers. Cassie would never pick it for a watch.

Reminds me that she can always find a pretty big audience if she pivots to box office and any media with a large cult following. That choice is always there. The biggest blockbusters aren't exactly why I like the channel but hey if she needs the extra cash more power to her.
