Poor old Jack Gleeson who plays Joffrey, played him so convincingly that he really had a hard time from people, especially on social media (what a surprise!) that it made him question whether he could continue with acting.

Cassie, I know fair use is an issue, but is there any way these episodes can be longer than 35 minutes? Other reactors have covered this series doing a similar two episode at a time format and they seem to get away with episode over an hour. I don’t know. But if there’s any way you could consider to please make these even just a bit longer, I’m sure we’d all love it. Even if it’s just you talking more at the end about what happened. Theories where things might go? I guess it’s good to always leave em wanting more tho too lol. I just thought of this, I’ve never considered it before but I wonder if the reason your videos are shorter is because you’re just absorbed in watching the show and all the other reactors who’ve done this show that I’ve seen? They have someone watching it with them. So there’s more reacting to include in the edit vs watching you just listening to dialogue. I’d wager, and maybe I’m wrong, that your reaction videos with Cassie tend to be a bit longer than solo reactions since you have someone else to play off of.

Good observation = her intro and outro tend to be shorter. Plus, she doesn't talk as much during the reaction, as she is absorbing and taking in the show/details. Thus, extending the YT edit might involve adding her silence, which I guess is ok. This topic has been discussed. Unlike most reactors, she uses full size images of the show, which gives a more sweeping, immersive experience for the viewer. Yet, the time length is shorter for copyright.

They can't make the reaction episode so long that it starts to approach becoming a substitute for the original (even if in abbreviated/abridged form), because then it starts drifting away from being lawful fair use.

While there is debate on the final season, I think each season gets better, each season has episodes that are beyond epic and amazing for a tv show, enjoy the ride, cant wait to keep watching you enjoy

I notice with GoT reactions on other channels that are edited much longer is that those reactors are talking much more than Cassie does, which gives more opportunities for the editor to remove the audio and visuals of the show itself. It's difficult to extend an edit when it only includes more of the show and not more of the reactor making remarks.

Cassie did a Poll on YT and asked YT viewers if the edits should be longer. Overwhelming 64% voted for longer edits (small screen, longer edits). Cassie has not implemented this change.

Keep in mind, Cassie's solo reactions to most movies are also quite short compared to many other reactors. Reactions with Carly tend to be longer.

Yeah I attempted to say that exact thing but you worded it much more eloquently than I managed to. You are right. Two reviewers talking means less audio from the movie/show. Someone with more time, patience and knowledge than I should do a little statistical study just for the heck of it. Compare reaction times amongst the major reactors and see all the variables and differences. I guess the only one you could do with Carly is Lord of the Rings since that’s the only movies Cassie rewatched.

A comment about the Cassie circle. There are alot of subtitles and you are blocking part of them. If the Cassie circle was top left instead of bottom left we could read them. Looking way ahead to when we get to the Greatest City that Ever Was or Will Be there are entire episodes that rely on subtitles but it was also a bit of a nusance during the Dothraki scenes.
