Hey everyone! I've watched a lot of movies with sequels and want to delve further! Let me know which one you think I should watch next.

Eric

I am very much looking forward to seeing you watch another funny movie soon. Airplane II: The Sequel is just about as funny as the first one. Most of the main characters are back again for the second one.

Marcus Asaro

Hi Cassie, just to reiterate what others were saying on this thread: If you do end up watching "Aliens", you might want to seriously consider the extended version, called "Aliens Special Edition". This version adds a great deal of backstory that was cut in the original theatrical release. Note, this director's cut does change the initial 'feel' of the storyline because we have more knowledge of events going into the main story but most people tend to like this new perspective....including me!

ALIENS!!!!!!! YESssSSSSSSSSSsssSSSSSS. Cassie you can do it. We believe in you.

Adam Stanley

So why is her pacific reaction blurred out ?

Aliens is winning so far -good. And I see you're planning on doing LOTR - also good, all the war movies/shows were starting to get repetitive, though I enjoyed them all. Save some for later. After LOTR how about the MCU? And if you really want to be adventurous and do some anime go with Naruto and Naruto Shippuden (minus the filler episodes).

Alyssa Anderson

I will say, don’t watch Alien 3. It’s entirely too depressing.

Jon Johns

Keep the space theme going, but after Aliens, watch Galaxy Quest!! Comedy relief, amazing cast, brilliant acting, fantastic movie fun!

claybear

still hoping Naked Gun movies end up in your polls some day. They're made by the same guys that did Airplane.

Steve Smith

Aliens, like Terminator 2, are probably two of the best sequels of all time. And not coincidentally, both are directed by James Cameron, one of the best directors of all time.

I'm late to comment, but I agree. I hope she reacts to the Aliens Extended Edition, if only for the added backstory for Ripley.

Naryma

In case of Indiana Jones I might add the sequel is very loosly connected and arguably the worst out of the four. I would suggest to jump it and go straight to Indiana Jones III The Last Crusade.

I would say the 4th is the worst. Temple of Doom has its charms. It suffers from having too fast of a pace, but it's still Ford in his prime and well-written, well-cast, with iconic moments. But I absolutely agree that The Last Crusade is outstanding and worth skipping over ToD for.
