Excellent - late to the show but Excellent! I remember in grade school, the teacher would wheel in the 19" black and white vacuum tube TV's. We watched each and every mission. With my last name near the end of the alphabet, I was at the back of the class. Anyway - I think it was Apollo 8 - when I was able to see the screen up close and 'clearly' at home - I saw the flame coming out of the spacecraft, then it started going out. "Mom! It's going out like a candle." Then it went out, then it split apart, then the other engines fired! Another moment was when the astronaut dropped the feather and hammer and they both hit the surface of the moon at the same time! At the time I didn't know that my dad handled the (failed) fenders for the lunar rover; he didn't tell us till the mid/late 1980's. Today - I work with the Space Shuttle Endeavour! All these movies are good, but for me I love the 'documentary': "When We Left Earth: The NASA Missions" - episode #3! "Landing the Eagle." Narrated by Gary Sinise, they show a lot of what we didn't get to see! The actual Earth Rise video, Apollo 8 Home movies... The reading of Genesis! Valerie Anders: "Christmas, the moon, they were soo very far away... Overwhelming. Everybody cried..." The Blu Ray came with digital - but the digital version doesn't have some of what's on the disks! :( Thank you!

Hey Cassie, we would be willing to pay for a higher tier if it meant more movies per week. Say $15 month for 5 per week or whatever monthly price you would deem appropriate. Thanks HAPPY 1 YEAR!

May I suggest the movie: There will be blood featuring Daniel Day Lewis

I was thinking if you are going to react to some marvel movies I would recommend a few DC comic movies Wonder Woman, Dark Knight Series.

Watching the POPpies right now and I vote for watching the rest of the Mad Max's, I love those movies. Just try to watch the Australian version of the first one. The American version dubs the voices for some reason. And a fun internet "fact" for Road Warrior (Mad Max 2)- the average script is one page per minute of movie, Road Warrior only had an 8 page script.

Yea, Highlander was picked as a wildcard. I love that movie. Fun fact- it has 1 frame of nudity and it was left in for the TV broadcasts.

I'd love more content too but I think with Cassie having young children she is already at her limit. She's mentioned how she does all her PIB stuff at like 1am after the kids are in bed.

Agreed the original is the version to watch. I'm American and I don't have much trouble understanding anything.

Yeah I think the limit has been reached. It's amazing to me that she does as much as she does now.

Hi Cassie I watched the Count of Monte Cristo video. a little history fact about Napolean Bonaparte did you know that the American Revolution helped Napolean's rise to power in France?

Matt

Please watch FIRST MAN 2018 some people don't like it but Its my favorite space travel film and definitely the most realistic looking

Mr Trick

If you’re looking for more space flicks, “You can’t go wrong with “First Man”, “The Right Stuff”, the HBO mini-series “From the Earth to the Moon” and for some lighter 80s fare, there’s always “Space Camp”.

Interstella was a favourite of mind, great acting and soundtrack

Harbor Kat

Matt Damon in The Martian
