Cassie, if you need to change up to take a break from the jump scares yet keep it Halloween themed, there's nothing like the classics. I would suggest a 1947 black and white film called "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir" and is one of the most highly underrated romantic ghost stories of all time. It's set in the year 1900 and has an unusual take on story telling, just fair warning. Have the tissues handy. The ending is beautiful enough to make my wife cry when she first saw it. Not a bad cry either. It's the power of love and a rascally ghost! :)

Fair play in getting through it, it is quite intense isn’t it

Do NOT watch "The Exorcist"!!

I reckon she'll be able to handle everything up until the crucifix scene and nothing much after that.

This movie choice got me to finally pull the trigger on your full reactions. Based on your reaction to ANOES; definitely DONT watch THE EXORCIST. Gonna want to stay away from Conjuring, Sinister, & Hereditary, too.

100% agreed!! Scared me terribly! Of course, I was stupid & watched it while babysitting & the TV was in the basement... have never been able to watch it again!!

I love horror, and Hereditary was one of the most disturbing movies I've seen.

Jack Pflieder

One of the most visceral horror movies of the 80s one of the best of all time.

Hey Cassie, did you get to see/hear the Nightmare on my street song by Will Smith, I think someone brought it up during the YT premiere?
