I haven't watched it yet, but I will soon when it goes up! I just want to take a moment and say how sorry and bummed I am for not partaking in your 250K subscriber livestream recently, believe me I really wanted to, but I had to work, I'm really sorry Cassie! oh, I might as well inform you that lately I keep getting replies to my comments on your channel, someone posing as you saying that "I won a PS5, text me to claim your prize" and all the bogus BS! I keep reporting it, but it just wont go away! don't worry, I know it's not you, I know a scammer when I see one! anyway, just want to also say once again, big congrats at hitting your 250K milestone! plus I want to say whenever you eventually do your Christmas livestream like you did last year, I promise I'll be there no matter what day that happens, I wouldn't miss that for the world! we viewers and fans love and support you very much! looking forward to future reactions, much love and support and stay classy Cassie🥰😁😉👍

Stephen King does it one more time, gorgeous car with a terrible attitude problem.

That’s so funny because those scammers have been DM’ing me too. I just laughed and wrote back, “Not Today Satan.” ‘Cause I know Cassie doesn’t roll like that. Maybe if they said that they were Carly…JK (Wink Emoji)

I totally missed Harry Dean Stanton, but I did recognize Kelly Preston from Sixteen Candles. Wow, can’t wait until Cassie and Carly can get back to some more John Hughes stuff.

Ok, you said you love movies about high school and coming of age...when are you going to watch AMERICAN GRAFFITI?!! 🙏💕

Hi can someone tell me how often or when the polls happen, please!

Cliff, I think there was a poll that Cassie ran that included AG, but didn't near first place even though it has Harrison Ford although he's not quite Han Solo in it and I've 2 friends who are in it and Cassie's reactions are so genuine that it seems like a perfect watch for her, eh?

I’d love to see a reaction to American Graffiti but it would be a nightmare to edit with the music in it.

Congrats on hitting the 250k mark. If you love coming of age movies I recommend Breaking Away.

Possibly, Tim. I'm not sure how YT determines infringements, but since the songs are oldies and diegetically used, I'd hope there'd be some leeway, but honestly even if the reaction was mostly silent, I'd still get a huge kick out of it. In CHRISTINE there was plenty of radio music and this video worked out well.

18:43 Actually Stephen King picked a Make/Model that had become almost completely forgotten about, to star as "Christine", so much so, that he got details wrong about the car in the book. Since the book and the movie, the 58 Plymouth Fury has become very well known, probably more so than when it was current, as Plymouth didn't make that many of them. It was one of the reasons the filmakers had to use Plymouth Belvedere and Savoy models disguised as Furys to get enough together to make the movie, although one positive side effect was that more people started saving and restoring them.

The movie was surprisingly better than I remembered. Not a masterpiece by any means but a competent little horror.

I think there are at least 2 per month, unless there is a theme going, like there has been for October and Halloween, in which case there are more.

Christopher Carr

My first car was a blue Christine. 1957 Plymouth. I saw the movie once. I also have two Matchbox Christines; one pre-restoration, one partially restored. Stephen King does have odd subject matters.

Chris Davis

I didn't know this was a John Carpenter film. I've not seen it all the way through, so this was a very fun video! Thanks, Cassie!

David

Saw this in Bangor Maine when it came out and Steven King came and thanked everyone for coming to his movie, shaking hands and talking with folks in the lobby. He did this for his first few films.
