We need Tom Cruise to do a remake and Cassie would be perfect in the Kathleen Turner role!! Timid and easily scared at first she finds out how brave and strong she truly is! Perfect for Cassie.

Katie Jackson

Cassie, your full reaction to Lethal Weapon 3 is streaming on YouTube right now. The channel streaming it is PiB Patreon Exclusive Content.

Joey

Finally! Thanks Cassie. I requested this when I first joined you on Patreon. 🙏🏼 They have a couple of other movies together which are just as fun.

Robert Nelson

The sequel is cute, too. The Jewel of the Nile.

Roger Wayne Alms

This is one of my favorite movies ever top 10. If you like this, you will love Timeline, just sayin', with two love stories!!! I love your goosebumps at the end.

Padraig Glennon

I watched this with your full reaction just the other day, really awesome viewing. Thank you for being the greatest movie buddy ever. The world 🌎 needs a million more Cassie’s in it. 🫶🏻

Kuskesh Haramzadeh

Does anyone know if "The Jewel of the Nile" was connected to this movie or not? I remember them coming out around the same time and being similar types of adventures.

Even though it has it's own story, they do sort of connect the beginning of Jewel of the Nile with the ending of Romancing the Stone. Of course having the main characters back helps it along as well...

ROBERT CLARK

I'm glad you enjoyed this one Cassie. I recommend you show this to Carly and I'd love to see you both do a reaction to The Jewel Of The Nile. A satisfying conclusion for these characters.

Nevermind, Planner told me this is how you're uploading content now. Just wanted to make sure no one was stealing your videos.

Cassie… there are some other Michael Douglas & Kathleen Turner flicks definitely worth checking out. “The Jewel of the Nile” sequel to Romancing the Stone featuring all 3 leads (including Danny DeVito). “The Game” - a David Fincher thriller starring Douglas & Sean Penn “Fatal Attraction” - thriller about infidelity & obsession with Douglas & Glenn Close “Basic Instinct” - sexy thriller featuring Douglas & Sharon Stone. “Peggy Sue Got Married” - Turner and a young Nic Cage

Is it a full length reaction? I'm wondering why I can't view it.

Bill W

Ok. That makes sense...I'm not in the 'full length' tier. It just says Lethal Weapon 3 (1992). Usually she labels them as "full length". Thank you.

rakesh

War of the Roses reunites Douglas, Turner and Devito, best pic of Douglas IMHO is Falling Down

Samurai Ken

If you want a GREAT Danny DeVito comedy/romance, check out "Other People's Money." Seriously, you will love it.

There's The Jewel of the Nile (1985) followup, mentioned repeatedly in subsequent comments, but THE bag o' laughs feel-good romantic comedy that would be right up Cassie's alley is The War of the Roses (1989). :-|

Russell Teo

Must follow up with Sandra Bullock & Channing Tatum’s latest copycat of this great novelist-action-adventure act, which is surprisingly really fun. Corny as they can be, given the script rip-off, it’s more fun than the latest Indiana Jones 5 which is really questionable, even when I liked it (half of the audience in the cinema where I watched this walked out)

Jeff Belter

Definitely check out the sequel Jewel of the Nile! I think you would also really love a newer film from Apple TV 'Ghosted' with Chris Evans as another action romance.

Alan Kobb

Actually since you mentioned Kathleen Turner's hisky voice, you should remember that she voiced a similarly husky voice on your channel, Jessica Rabbit!

Alina Jones

What about the Sequel, “Jewel of the Nile” in which the romance and crazy adventures follow!!!

Alan Kobb
>>113070045

You're right! This should be on her list. Sorry about the minor spoiler. When you get around to watching Who Framed Roger Rabbit, you will find Kathleen Turner listed in the opening credits.

Alan Kobb

Unfortunately that's a classic case of the sequel not being as good as the original.

AdrianF

I hope you do The Mummy trilogy (well, the first two...) one day.

Allen W. McDonnell

For another Kirk Douglas/Kathleen Turner movie you need to do "War Of The Roses", co-starring Danny DeVito!

KevG

We needed CArly on this one for sure. This is the perfect movie, with the storybook ending you gals love.

LDC7080

You have to do jewel of the nile as well

Bill W

Even a storybook ending is never enough with these 2. They have to get married and have 3.5 kids and 7 grandkids and retire to live on a farm...... with 2.875 horses. =D

Bill W
>>113215081

Jewel is ok. I just assume have them skip the movie and react to the Billy Ocean video of the theme song! =D

Orcagirl78

One of my all-time favorite movies!! ❤ you should totally watch Jewel of the Nile. A pretty great sequel!

Carly doesn't seem too drawn to films made before the mid-late 90s, especially if it doesn't have actors she's familiar with. (Cruise, Costner, etc..)

Bill W

Cassie, if you watch the sequel Jewel of the Nile, please also react to the music video as well. "When The Going Gets Tough" by Billy Ocean (feat. Michael Douglas, Kathleen Turner and Danny DeVito). So much fun! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ui98AU4cK9Y

Bill W

Joan's editor played by Holland Taylor. She was the judge on The Practice, the mother/grandmother on Two and a Half Men, and the professor in Legally Blonde.

Adam Doyle

You and Carly now need to watch The Lost City, with Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum. It is a very similar story and lots of fun!
