This was some 80s fun! I don't know if Kiefer Sutherland can ever be Jack Bauer for me again. This was scary but not too scary. Loved the mom loved Sam, froggy boys 4ever!

Omar

Yesss, 80’s synthesizer music FTW. Looking forward to watching

djKENTO

Cryyyyyyyyyy little sister.

Ramah Mustangs

This has always been a favorite of mine. I always thought Kiefer Sutherland was a bad guy because of this movie and stand by me.

Wyatt Nuxoll

I'm glad you enjoyed this one Cassie. There're sequels to this believe it or not but they really don't hold up to the first one anyway take care have a great week

pinkdino99

We were 14 when we saw this. Perfect age and inspired us all to go buy new water pistols ! Jason Patric (Michael) is very talented and went on to make some gruelling thrillers - Rush with Jennifer Jason Leigh about undercover narcotics and Narc with Ray Liotta about... well it says what it's about. Both are really knarly and hard hitting. PIB should do Young Guns - western with the Brat Pack - Kiefer Sutherland, Charlie Sheen, Emilio Estevez, Lou Diamond Phillips with Terance Stamp and Jack Palance.

Walter

I can't believe I forgot about ripped, sweaty, sax guy! A true 80's icon!

Nick Ireland

I'm with you, Cassie! That song really gave me the creeps as a kid! The actress who plays the mom is Dianne Wiest. She's won 2 Oscars and was nominated best supporting actress for Parenthood. She was also the girl's mom/reverend's wife in Footloose and was great in Edward Scissorhands with Johnny Depp , which i think you and Carly would really like, if you haven't seen already.

Shehab Dawoud

Meh, I gotta skip this one. Class soundtrack but the movie is just a bit too silly and over the top for me, with all due respect. Fright Night will always be MY 80s vampire movie. That should be a lock if you wanna dive back into that world, IMHO.

Clay F

Cassie, if you into the vampire genre, could react to first season of True Blood (2008), though you may have already watched that. Watching this reaction is my first time to watch The Lost Boys. I see Keanu Reeves' partner from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. I see Corey Feldman (Stand by Me). I liked Jason Patric in Sleepers (1996) and Rush (1991). In Rush (1991), Patric was the ultimate undercover narcotics officer (in Austin) who did a lot of drugs. He partnered with a young new recruit (Jennifer Jason Leigh), and the sparks flew. Greg Allman as the drug lord was a nice touch.

ArsTropica

In a "life-imitating-art" turn of events even more bizarre than the movie plot, Keifer's (David) bride-to-be cancelled their wedding just 72 hours before the ceremony and ran off with his then best friend, Jason Patric (Michael). Her name was Julia Roberts.

Ripped, oily sax dude launched an generation of body-building musician kids with ponytails.

Walter

Cassie took on The Thing and did much better than I expected. I believe she can handle just about anything now. I do predict that IT will take over the top spot as her scariest film

Joe D. MacGuffinstuff

Hey alright, Cassie gets to meet oiled up saxophone guy. I honestly love this 80s classic, I even bought the soundtrack on cassette when I was like 10 lol I know there are some sequels but they looked really bad so I never watched them, that said I would love a prequel about Grandpa, is he like a semi-retired slayer, wth?! Btw, Jami Gertz played Star, had a crush on her as a kid, but you might remember her as Bill's therapist fiance in Twister. She was also in another kind of obscure and somewhat underrated 80s movie starring the Karate Kid, Ralph Macchio, playing guitar. It's called "Crossroads" and is based a little on the legend of how Robert Johnson supposedly sold his soul to the Devil to become the greatest Blues guitarist before he died mysteriously at 27. Coincidentally, both this movie and that one mention so called hell hounds.

Wesley White

Sweetness!!! Can't wait to watch this, unfortunately it's 4 in the morning over here on the west coast, I gotta get some sleep! However, I promise right after I get home from work, I'll immediately watch your reaction to this movie! Believe it or not, this will be my officially first time watching this movie all the way through, I've only seen bits and pieces of this movie before! So I'm humbley honored to be sharing this reaction for the first time along side you Cassie! After I watch, I'll give my commentary and overall review! Judging from what you said in your typo intro above, sounds like you liked this movie, I hope to feel the same way lol! Have a happy Monday to you Cassie, love and support always! God bless you, Carly and your family🥰😁😉😇🙏👍🌹

Mike Lemon

Is this Cassie's first "two Coreys" movie? Such a tragic tale- sexual abuse [rape (and they were underage)- women weren't the only ones "me too'd" by Hollywood] and drugs, but they made some fun movies.

Choof

I feel like if you dump the michael/star storyline and focus on Sam as the main character trying to save his mom and his new town from vampires with the help of the frog brothers this movie would be much better.

djKENTO

TV guide was a small magazine back in the day that would tell you what was gonna be on that week. This was especially good if you didn’t have cable and the tv guide channel. Also one of the first places I got published as a critic.

djKENTO
>>120442458

Her reaction to Scream might be her most scared. Great video.

pat on

you like vampire stuff but you've never seen Buffy is that what you're telling me? that's like being a baseball fan but you've never heard of Babe Ruth.

JL_83

Haven’t seen this one in so long that it’ll be like watching it again for the first time, thanks PIB! The mom is 2x Oscar winner Dianne Wiest; if you’re going to do clowns, how about Killer Klowns From Outer Space? A cult classic from the 80s

Andrew Rose

Yes this was cheesey as all hell but I always liked it because it never pretended to be anything but cheesey. it leaned into the cheese.. haha. btw super-soakers were not commercially released until after this movie. The first one being "Power Drencher" which was first sold in 1990.

Chris Arthur

This movie reminds me of my mom so much. it came out when she was 16 and she adored it! Quickly became one of my favorites when she made me watch it when I was 16.

David Collins
>>120439643

Both Young Guns movies are absolutely MUSTs. They were for me the movies that really solidified the talent of Sutherland. His role as the romantic poet "bad boy" was so well performed. I think he's horribly underrated as an actor. Of course Emilio Estevez stole virtually every scene he was in - I don't think Cassie has been properly exposed to him yet either. That really needs to happen.

Eddie Perkins

I have always liked that Movie; it's a not-too-scary fun horror like Stephen King's Silver Bullet (1985), also starring Corey Haim. You have seen Star (Jami Gertz) before in Twister; I had the biggest crush on her when this came out. Here's a little trivia many people don't know about her: Jami Gertz is technically the richest actress in the world right now (September 2023), with a net worth of $ 8 billion. Gertz is best known for her early career in the 1980s, starring in films Crossroads, The Lost Boys, Less Than Zero, and the TV series Square Pegs.

Eddie Perkins
>>120442114

I remember that back in the early 90s; I guess that's why they decided to cast her for Runaway Bride; she already had experience.

pinkdino99
>>120439643

Have you seen him in Dark City or Wild at Heart ? Really odd seeing him go from tough guy to vampire to nerd.

pinkdino99

Also as you liked Diane Lane, she is in the awesome Robin Williams comedy - The Birdcage in which gay couple and drag club owners Robin Williams and Nathan Lane (who comes VERY close to upstaging him !) host an awkward engagement party for their son and fiancé Calista Flockheart (Ally McBeal and Mrs Harrison Ford IRL) and her hard right Republican Senator dad Gene Hackman and wife Diane Lane. Outrageously funny, one of Williams best films.

Robin Craft

I love this movie, saw it when it was released in theaters. The perfect blend of 80s nostalgia...the clothes, big hair, music, cheesiness and attitude. Kiefer Sutherland nailed the role of David...wicked and charismatic. He plays the villain very well. I liked him as Jack Bauer too. The twist of course was Max is the head vampire and not David. Jason Patric ( Michael) was been in several films... mostly crime dramas and was in Speed 2 with Sandra Bullock. Tragic about Corey Haim (Sam)... RIP. Jami Gertz (Star) was Bill Paxton's fiance in Twister, that's probably what you recognize her from. She's done quite well for yourself as she and her husband of nearly 35 years are billionaires as a result of wise investments over the years. I believe the hulky sax player was in Tina Turner's band back in the day. Thanks for another terrific reaction Cassie.

pinkdino99

The soundtrack is one of the best from any movie. I still have the vinyl which I bought in the 80s.

Robin Craft
>>120456230

I agree. A lot of guys had a crush on Jami when this movie came out including me.

Tara

The Birdcage is definitely one to put on your short list of comedies. Robin Williams and Nathan Lane are genius. Gene Hackman is known for his dramatic movies, but seeing him in a comedic role is fun. This movie is SO hilarious. I'm laughing to myself picturing Hank Azaria tripping over his shoes... 🤣 I'll have to vote for it on Popcorn Requests

pinkdino99

The little vampire is Bill from Bill & Ted ! Star is Jamie Gertz whom played Bill's unfortunate fiancé in Twister. Edgar Frog is Mouth from Goonies (and many many more). The Frog brothers not only had their own comic book shop (complete with stoned hippies) but they also had a Galaga arcade cabinet. I would never leave.

pinkdino99
>>120456230

"No she didn't marry you for your penis.... OK... well she didn't ONLY marry you for your penis."

Zane From Canada

I follow a synthwave group called The Midnight. One of their songs is called "Lost Boy". Sometimes their songs are synced and played over edited classic films. The tune and the film always seem to fit together so perfectly. 😁 Check it out. https://youtu.be/RkyypK2kKr4?si=1A9CfeTjyRFfQQAD

Mike LL

I don't have the nostalgic connection to this movie like others do, this being my first viewing. Liked it for the '80's kitsch and electronic music and for the frantic, over the top, in your face Schumacher style. The TV Guide comment though. Moms of today don't know what a TV Guide is/was? It is a different world now. 😄

Doug Fisher
>>120459865

100% I also still have the vinyl from the 80's as well as CD and Cassette copies. Lost count of how many times I have listened to it.

Tara

Hey Cassie! Before DVRs and cable boxes, if we wanted to know what was going to be on TV, we needed a TV guide. It would tell us what would be on, what channel and what time. The guide was arraigned by day and time for the week. For example, today is Monday and if I wanted to know what would be on tonight, I would find Monday and it would list everything from midnight until midnight of the next day with a little synopsis of the show and episode like they do now. That's why Grampa said that if he has the TV guide he does need a TV. TV guides are obsolete now that most people use the scrolling guide on the DVR or stream TV. Besides, there are SO many channels now, the TV guide would be like a 750 page book every week

Nathan Bishop

I love how Cassie feels "betrayed" by actors when they play bad guys lol. Also, my favorite Joel Schumacher film is Falling Down. The themes in that movie are more relevant than ever.

Doug Fisher
>>120459824

I think the best movie Jason Patric was in, other than this one, was "Sleepers". Though, I am not sure it would be a great movie for Cass.

Doug Fisher
>>120444753

Have to disagree with you on this one and agree with @Robin Craft. Michael is a pivotal character in this and gives you early access to the lost boys. Star is his gateway to this narrative. Besides... Jami Gertz!!

Doug Fisher
>>120469881

I knew someone would get to the T.V. Guide and Super Soaker answers before me. ;)

Doug Fisher

Love this film and soundtrack. One of the reasons the Vamp faces look so disturbing is that they elongated the Lateral Incisors rather than the usual Canine (Eye Tooth or Cuspid). The fangs being that close together throws people off.

Tara

Unlike Mike LL, this was SO nostalgic for me and has become a cult classic over the years. I saw this movie when it was released in 1987 when I was a teenager. I remember the soundtrack so well. All the girls at the time loved Jason Patric {Michael) and the boys loved Jami Gertz (Starr) Seeing the two Coreys makes me sad. I loved seeing Corey Haim singing in the bubble bath though. Cassie, Kiefer and Jason {Michael} were actually really close friends. Julia Roberts was engaged to Kiefer in the early 90's, but the engagement was broken and Julia went to Europe with Jason. Cassie, you mentioned Kiefer not getting typecast, the next time you want to dip your toe into a Western, watch 1988's Young Guns a year after this movie with Kiefer, Charlie Sheen, Emilio Estevez, Lou Diamond Phillips and a couple of others you might recognize. Like Tombstone, it's an easy one to start with. I remember going to see it in the theater with a few girlfriends and during the opening credits, the audience went CRAZY each time they showed a picture of each of the cast. I also highly recommend a coming of age movie called Lucas with Corey Haim {Sam} from 1986 with Charlie Sheen and Wynona Rider. I believe it was Wynona's first movie

Just Plain Bob
>>120469881

TV Guide was required reading in the 70s and early 80s (when I was growing up). It was the only way to find out what was coming on that week. Since DVRs didn’t exist, you had to know what was coming on because you wouldn’t get another chance to see it until reruns months later. In the case of tv movies, you’d likely never see it again. So, an hour or so perusing the guide let you know all the must see tv for the week.

Barry Justice
>>120442496

Crossroads is one of my favorites, if only for the guitar duel at the end! It's an interesting take on a classic tale.

Just Plain Bob

I love The Lost Boys but the best 80s vampire movie was Fright Night (1985). It’s a perfect blend of horrifying and funny. It has numerous in jokes for horror fans (Peter Vincent’s name being the most prominent - derived from Peter Cushing and Vincent Price, two absolute icons of the horror genre) but still makes sure everything is in service to the story. If you thought Disturbia was an interesting take on Hitchcock’s Rear Window, wait’ll you see Fright Night. The sequel (which came out in 1988) was also quite good but is nearly impossible to find. PS: So glad to see a smile on Cassie’s face again. After Scream, I was afraid we’d broken her, like a kid that gets the Tonka truck he wanted so desperately for Christmas only to break it within an hour of unwrapping it.

Robert Haynes

I've been looking forward to this reaction for a long time, it's such an iconic movie! I'm very happy you enjoyed it. Two more movies that would be excellent for 80s fun and scary (but not that scary) would be: The Burbs, with Tom Hanks, and has Corey Feldman! A group of loveable but annoying neighborhood friends get a bit too nosey with the new neighbors. Flatliners, with Keifer Sutherland. A group of medical students explore near death experiences... what are they bringing back from the other side?

Zachary K. (Verified Swiftie)

My older sister who is now 52 used to have the movie poster in her room. She had a crush on Micheal. There was another movie she loved... Flatliners (1990) which had Kiefer Sutherland in it. Kevin Bacon and Julia Roberts. Funny thing when I mentioned this to my physical therapist she instantly knew the movie. Flatliners (1990)

Jason Dolan

Some good early HERO roles for Kiefer Young Guns Flashback The Vanishing Article 99 The Three Musketeers The Cowboy Way Dark City Flatliners he is half and half

Julian San

Seems like lots of Diane Weist action lately 😂 from this to Parenthood to Edward Scissorhands. She was pretty ubiquitous back around the late 80s seemingly.

Philip Alan
>>120468980

She knew what a TV guide was. She was confused about why Gramps would read it like a magazine. She thought it was just for TV show times and what not. Most likely forgot there were articles in it! I thought she didn't know what a TV guide was for a second. I wouldn't have been surprised! :)

Philip Alan
>>120469881

She knows what a TV guide is. She was just confused why anyone would read it without a TV. :)

Choof
>>120444753

I just feel you could consolidate and have another way in to the story rather than Michael just kind of staring at people for 75 mins and having like 20 lines of dialogue. But I don't hate the movie as it currently stands, just not for me.

Mike LL
>>120468980

The movie clearly referenced the TV Guide magazine, not "a TV guide" so I feel I am on pretty solid ground with my comment. 👍

Mike LL
>>120469881

Philip Alan, once again, the movie was not referencing "a TV guide" but The TV Guide, which Cassie seemed unfamiliar with.

Mike LL
>>120470238

Falling Down (1993) with Michael Douglas is an excellent movie.

Erik Daniel

Hey, if IT needs to be pushed, push it like salt n' peppa, Don't even think twice, push it real good lol. I do think you will enjoy it more than scream though. It will scare the bejesus out of you for sure, but you will love the friendships.

Just Plain Bob
>>120469881

“TV Guide, is that a magazine?” Nope, she did not know what the TV Guide was. From her reaction, she thought that was only a reference to the guide that pops up on tvs to show you which channels are available, not the magazine that was overwhelmingly popular once upon a time.

Steve Mercier

The saxophone players...the most 80's thing that ever 80'd...in the 80's... ...(80's)...

Jason Dolan
>>120483570

The Dutch version of The Vanishing called Spoorloos is the best but the remake is solid too and same director so you gotta appreciate that and also early Sandra Bullock

Just Plain Bob
>>120483570

Definitely go with the original The Vanishing. I agree that the American remake is solid, but the Dutch original is super creepy.

Riley

YES YES YES!! Also that sax concert!! omg!

Riley

This movie has some of my absolutely favorite movie tracks, beginning to end this is an absolute jam!

>>120489878

Tim Cappello is still alive and out there living his best life (almost nothing has changed!)

Alex Ch
>>120469881

I have never been “Ok Boomer”-ed in my entire life as hard as Cassie not being familiar with TV Guide.

Cole Jennett
>>120459824

Note: I’m liking this comment for Sleepers, not for you calling her “Cass”😂

Cole Jennett
>>120439643

Jason Patric in Sleepers is a must watch. He stars alongside Brad Pitt, Robert Deniro, Dustin Hoffman, Minnie Driver, Kevin Bacon, etc.

David Conroy

Thanks for making me feel old: TV Guide was ubiquitous magazine that told us what would be on television on every channel at any given time. In the old days of broadcast tv, everything was appointment viewing.

Aimee
>>120489878

My sister’s Christmas gift this year is a shirt with his iconic self and his saxophone with the phrase “I Still Believe”. We grew up on this movie and it’s still one of our favorites.

Michael Labs

Multiple people mentioned "Flatliners" as another good Kiefer Sutherland movie... and I forgot about "The Cowboy Way" and "The Three Musketeers" where he had heroic roles. "Young Guns" is also a classic to behold.

Rick Williams

This was my movie when it came out in 87 when I was in Layton, Utah going to Layton High School. This movie was a blast. Takes me back to the 80s. The good old days when things were simple. Great reaction Cassie. Thanks for taking me back. And feel free to hold off on IT for a year or 10. I don't think you will like it much. It creeped me out. And I actually like the Thing and Scream. So, what does that tell you?

Just Plain Bob

I see that “It” has gotten a lot of hype in the forums. Tbh, I don’t get it. I thought part one was solid, if unremarkable. And part two was just boring. I enjoyed the original miniseries thirty years ago, but it hasn’t aged well. I just don’t think this is a book that translates to the screen. On the other hand, I also thought the book should have been edited way down in length. In every iteration - the book, the original miniseries and the two movies - the kids’ story is far more compelling than the adults’. And that’s where King should have ended it, IMO. Just tell the kids’ story.

FranciscoGios

Cassie you probably remembered Star(Jami Gertz) from Twister, I believe you saw that movie already. Also did you know this vampire film was supposed to represent a Dark Peter Pan story, the boys could fly and Star being Wendy, but was scratched out. Also there was supposed to be a sequel named The Lost Girls, because when Micheal impaled David you see David never exploded or dissolve like the others, so he was supposed to be in the sequel, but like again was never produced.

BRT

Great reaction! I thought this would be more Cassie's speed. Lots of fun to watch it and have her come out smiling. For next year I'd suggest the original Fright Night (1985), another vampire story with some great humor and about this level of scary. Also "Silver Bullet" which is a Stephen King werewolf story staring Cory Haim who played Sam in this film, which also has some great humor and is grounded by focusing on the child characters and their flawed but dedicated uncle. Both of these are really good are truly scary but not too scary.

My_Cousin_Mose

Kiefer Sutherland plays a great villain I think but he'll always be Jack Bauer to me. I still stand by this being just a pretty good movie but it never gets old. Its fun, its got 80's written all over it and I think it definitely fits the description "scary but not too scary." And (GASP) you mean you weren't convinced of Michael and Starr's love for eachother? Yeah it seems the writers weren't really concerned with that part of the story. I'm going to have to rewatch your reaction to Interview with a Vampire here soon. I'm really glad to hear you mention again that you liked it more than I originally thought you did. And I listened to that song "Lost Boy"- it was ok, not really my jam but much better than all the rap i'm forced to endure at work.

OneManReactionFaction

Not only an iconic vampire flick but an extremely iconic '80s movie. It really reflects the time period well. When I think of top '80s movies (that really reflect the '80s culture well), this one is right up there with Back to the Future, Vacation, Mr. Mom, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Weird Science and The Breakfast Club (among several others). David and the boys looking like a hair band, the video store, Max's suits, comic books, etc. Just oozing the '80s goodness one last time before the decade finally died off and made way for the '90s.

Zane From Canada
>>120508975

Thanks for your honest opinion on Lost Boy. I'll take it as a win that it's better than the rap music you're forced to endure (my condolences for that btw) 😁.

Robert da Spruce

“Is he a stuffer?” Yes, Grandpa is a stuffer (a.k.a taxidermist) 😂 I haven’t seen this since the 90’s. Totally forgot this was partially filmed in Santa Cruz, California. About an hour and a half drive from where I live. Fun reaction! Definitely in the “Scary, not too scary” category

Omar

Another banger. “Is he a stuffer” - definitely something I would say because my brain is always a little behind thinking of the right word 😂

James MacDonald

Some juicy gossip that Cassie may enjoy. Michael was played by Jason Patric. He and Kiefer became best friends. However, Kiefer was engaged to Julia Roberts. She essentially left Kiefer at the altar and ran away with Jason. Kiefer and Jason didn't speak for a couple of decades afterwards, and have only recently renewed their friendship.

pkleo73
>>120520367

dam really? not that I really care, but, I never heard that. Thats messed up.

Man oh Man oh Man! Sorry for this slightly late commentary like I promised, it's almost 4 in the morning again, but I finished watching around 2 in the morning, only to have my internet connection get disconnected for almost 2 hours, ugh😠 sorry about that! This was so much fun Cassie, great reaction as always! Now I can officially say that I've finally seen this movie all the way through, and I'm very honored to have shared this first time reaction with you! I was laughing hysterically every time you were shocked, spooked, and jump scared lol🤣 I don't mean to sound disrespectful, but you mentioning Twilight and Vampire Diaries..... YUK👎 Sorry✌ Anyway, aside from that lol, I don't know much trivia about this movie other than parts of this was filmed in Santa Cruz, CA, though I could be wrong lol! Kiefer Sutherland can play both a good guy and bad guy really well, look at how well he played a punk in STAND BY ME lol! May I recommend a movie where he plays a good guy that I would love to see you and Carly watch/react to, Disney's THE THREE MUSKETEERS (1993) you two will love it! I'm surprised you didn't recognize Corey Feldman (Edgar Frog), he was also in STAND BY ME and in THE GOONIES! The actor playing Michael is actor Jason Patric, he's a good actor, one of my favorites he's done was THE ALAMO (2004) opposite staring Dennis Quad and Billy Bob Thorton, though it was a box office bomb, I liked it! I consider Jason Patric Hollywood Royalty because his father Jason Miller was a famous actor too, his dad is mostly well known for playing Father Karras in the acclaimed horror movie THE EXORCIST (1973)! The actress playing Star, Jami Gertz, I knew I recognized her from another movie I saw, after I was done watching this reaction, I decided to look up some information, and she was in TWISTER (1996) the fiance of Bill Paxton's character, HOLY MACKEREL😱lol! Another actor I recognized is Alex Winter (Marko the vampire) he played Bill in the BILL & TED series, awesome👌 Hope you don't mind me saying Cassie, and I say this as the most humble compliment I can say, when I clicked on the reaction to start playing and you popped up wearing all white...... WHOA!!! You looked like an angel, you looked so pretty Cassie, I was stunned lol! Like I said, that is just a compliment lol! Great reaction Cassie as always, so happy and honored to have shared this first time experience with you for this movie! Love and support always, [virtual hug] God bless you, Carly and your family! And as always [snaps fingers & winks] stay classy Cassie🥰😁😉😇🙏👍🌹

AdrianF

Cassie at 10 minutes is hilarious. Yes Cassie, it's cos he was shiny. 😁😉

Robert da Spruce

You may be tempted to watch Speed 2 because you think the guy who played Michael (Jason Patric) in this film is cute. But that would be a mistake 😉

Bubba Fett

One of the better Atypical vampire movies along side daybreakers and Dracula untold. Keifer had a good career in the 80s with a recent resurgence for 24 and designated but seeing this and his role in young guns(my fav of his) as a kid, is always what comes to mind when I think of him.

Bubba Fett
>>120542047

There is not much I liked about that movie, glad Keanu passed because that would have been such a detriment to his career.

Jason Dolan

Cassie, I sent a TV GUIDE from the 80s to your PO BOX haha, hope you enjoy.

Godzilla Jones

Follow this up with both Coreys again in Dream a Little Dream, my secret special guilty pleasure movie.

Godzilla Jones

Ooo. Also need to watch Near Dark, the *other* boy meets girl, girl is a vampire, boy gets turned and her clan is a hassle movie. Directed by academy awards winning director Kathryn Bigelow and starring half the cast of ALIENS so you know it's good.

Mark Vaderr

Really looking forward to this reaction. Cassie, in your honest opinion, do you think that Carly would have liked this movie?

Jimmy Reyes

Jamie Gertz (Star) is in Twister.

Take a look at Michael Rosenbaum's Podcast on YouTube "Inside Of You" - they appear together and talk about it. Kinda. Interesting.

Cassie, it warms my heart everytime you remind us that you're a fan of 24 ❤ Jack Bauer is in my top five for superheroes.

Dean Holt

“What’s a TV Guide ?” this is why we love you 😂 . Only reason why we bought a newspaper on a Sunday when I was a kid so we knew what was on the TV the following week. Also I might have said this last year when you watched Interview with a Vampire. But the Vamps you where introduced to are definitely different to the ones I knew as Vamps are and should always be evil killers except for Blade who actually hunts Vamps (also a movie you need to watch, but might be an unpopular opinion with some of you but I actually think the 2nd movie is the best one). The Frog Bros was the reason I always loved this as a kid. Timmy Cappello the shiny sax player also toured with Tina Turner. Definitely looking forward too your reaction to The Burbs I also think Carly should be ok with that if she has time.

pkleo73

>>120443308

I was thinking she should watch License to Drive and Dream A Little Dream. LTD is probably my favorite movie from when I was a kid. And not that theres anything at all wrong with Jami Gertz, (she kind of reminds me of a young Alyssa Milano...my first crush, but Heather Graham...omg. I was floored by her. She was my blond crush...next to Kelly Bundy! haha!

This is a great vampire movie. I watched it all the time as a kid. Another movie to check out with the two Coreys is License to Drive. I’m really enjoying the full reactions, I don’t know if I can go back to the YT edits.

Whats a TV Guide, they need SuperSoakers.. oh poor Cassie, never got to experience the 80's...

An oiled-up rock n’ roll sax guy? Alex Winter (of Bill and Ted fame) was a convincing vampire. Question: When Michael was doing the vampire girl in the cave, was the kid sitting there watching? At the foot of the bed, observing the female vampire getting it from some stranger they just met? Where else would kid be?
