I can't figure out how to access the quest, I have everything else completed but the 2 quest. How can I get them?

Quests aren't available in Visual Novel mode. When you are asked if you want to play in "Visual Novel mode", make sure you click "No". Doing that will give you access to all the roamable clicking areas and additional story which can lead to the quests.
