“I will bloom wherever I am carried” is the motto of my native island.
I recently had a conversation about how artists are different because they live in their own world until the work is done.
With all respect to my friends who keep asking me when it's going to be done or how it's going... Absolutely no one can say when it's going to be done, if it's going well or not. Also what is "well" and what is not? When it comes to creativity, mistakes must be made (I've said that before) and when it comes to create something new, something that feels like it comes from nowhere, and this is part of the mystery and magic of creation, we must let the #seed bloom at its own pace.
My grandmother once told me "give time to time", I love her so much and miss her so much and I told myself that I will only come back to her once I have finished the work… but God, it takes a hell of time! (tears just fell while writing but I feel safe sharing this with you, and I also know that not everyone reads everything that I write so it's fine.) I think I am part of those creators who create because they can't handle the overflow of creativity and inspiration inside, it's too much, it has to come out, and it's that "way out" that can be more or less complicated.
It depends on how you feel and what surrounds you. And these parameters can affect and betray what we really want to express. It doesn't matter how much people pay attention to it, because there will always be a few who'll do. It doesn’t have to please everyone, it doesn’t have to be better than this or that. What is important is how sincere the work IS, pure, immaculate, untouched from the source inside of you.
I could have said more for this full moon in Leo but I think you understand what is written between the lines.
Nevertheless I am happy and proud to share this analog series that we made while climbing in this impressive forest of rocks, I must say that I was a little scared sometimes but it actually felt kind of good so thank you Christophe Donna for this marvelous trip and the souvenirs with your family… a special thought for your father.
Happy full moon everyone and forever thank you for your support <3
