This month we celebrated Valentine's Day and many were surprised by my celibacy, so I decided to talk about it because I feel that my choice to remain single has something to do with some of the characteristics that define Virgo, a very extreme and pragmatic sign.

I have been in relationships my whole life, putting all my energy into it to make it work, I have always given my all in an extreme way and because of that I expected the same.
I have always wanted to build with my partner, artistically, professionally, because my job as an artist is deeply linked to my intimacy.
I learned that it's not always easy because people don't always share the same level of commitment.
And if I couldn't build with them, I always did my best to make their dreams come true, ending up, by force of circumstances, putting mine aside, always... I realized that I couldn't let this happen anymore, it is waste, heartache, tragedy and no one deserves this.
What I was looking for was, first of all, someone kind, who knows how to listen; who is independent in every way, emotionally, financially, free-spirited, open-minded(...); someone who knows how to respect a "no" for an answer when it happens, who understands that people have their moods and knows how and when to give space, someone who will not try to manipulate because he/she was hurt, who will wish and try to understand why he/she is hurt to help us both understand each other better and grow from it.
Someone who knows how to communicate in full consciousness through the heart. Someone who has never raised a finger to a woman.

Virgo has no half measures and the way he looks for emotional safety inspires me to look for a place where I can love safely, because there should be no limits to love.
