Hello Dear, Just fyi..Since last month I have had a problem with this site automatically charging my bank account and my amex card for same month. I have been riding with you for nearly 2 years now and this is the first time this has happened. I think since they changed the billing cycle. They have no phone to reach them and although you send letters, no resolution. Last month they charge me twice for same month, (payment is automatic, so never late) and this month the same, yet I am not even seeing a credit of extra payment on my account. That being said, I may need to close account to resolve, and if that happens it is important to me that you know, it is this companies fault and not your animations. You have been nothing but generous, helpful, and a joy to use your creations. I am totally pissed off at the way this site is handling business and I will find you again, but you should be aware that it is costing you your livelihood and costing me the climax portion of the short stairs. Do they really expect my sims to procreate with no resolution !!!!??? lol Anyway, gonna give it a few weeks to resolve, but if you get a notice that you lost a patron, it is because of their incompetence and not yours.

Hello Luci, I am very sorry to hear about this problem. Ever since they moved the Billing to the UK everything is going from bad to worst. What if you removed one of the two billing options so the can't charge it.?
