The function was explained in issue one. Zorro had two pages at the end. As for the feeling, I would guess similar to a full-body latex suit.

*nods nods* ^^ As Olaf said, the whole suit function is explained across the comic, but as how it "feels" wearing it On the inside it would feel like a full lycra bodysuit, but as skin tight as a latex suit. and on the outside, its mostly carbon fibers, so to the touch it would be a mix of latex, neoprene and kevlar

Really gorgeous work, especially on the cling of the suits and the way you used the colors to bring out their contours and keep them separate from the background. Love the bit of banter here in this moment of preparation, and the way you can see them supporting each other.

The lipstick is probably mixed with some special remedies to make the infected more sensitive or maybe protective ointment for the agents.
