But that's not all...

We'll also be announcing an exclusive pre-order for the final FOSF cassette...

AND releasing the entirety of the FOSF project (all 5 tapes) digitally to Legrand subscribers.

Here's Tim:

The Flowers of St. Francis series is now complete. I think the project accomplished what I originally thought it could. I feel I managed to document some wild, spontaneous notions that might be harder to come by in more planned circumstances. Breathing field recordings outside of rhythm and harmony of entirely imagined places. Self-portrait sketches dashed off in my bedroom, kitchen, or bathroom. Still yet, in strange locations to which I managed to drag my milk-crate of gear and steal an inconvenient hour, poorly lit, trying hard not to wake up short term roommates. Violent, saturated noise that, if momentarily, sounded like holes in reality. Some actual songs - save the Tom Waits and Devo covers - that I probably wouldn't be able to recall the next day if I didn't press record.

No mystical experiences, but that's to be expected. Maybe a little more failed wrestling with glitchy equipment than I should have lived with, but that keeps it honest.

I'm glad I did it. I'm grateful for anyone that has been on board for the low-stakes, mild thrill of receiving hissy, broken puzzle-boxes in the mail. I'm sure there's more to come in some other format, since I still love my four-track in a way I just cannot summon for my DAW.
