It’s okay Nik, sometimes you just gotta let it out even for no reason at all. If you feel like crying to let off some pent up emotions then do it, no one’s gonna think less of you it’s perfectly healthy

I kinda have the same problem, it's very rare for me to show people ( friends or family ) that I cry, because I was either told to suck it up or people just thought I was doing it for attention.

I was admittedly a spoiled brat when i was younger, but when i was eventually (repeatedly) told to suck it up I resorted to bottling everything up. I dont cry much anymore either, I get Nik too.
